Holiday rentals with a patio in Tenero-Contra

We had a wonderful stay! 🌟 The accommodation was exactly as described - if not even better. Everything was extremely clean, lovingly furnished and thought out to the last detail. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic view - simply breathtaking! 😍 The hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating – you immediately felt welcome and in good hands. Everything was really thought of, so we could enjoy our stay to the fullest. An absolute feel-good place – we would love to come back and can recommend this accommodation from the heart! 💯🙏

Perfect apartment with a fantastic view of the lake. We were only there for 5 days, and we just felt comfortable from start to finish. Everything you need is there. The furnishings are very high quality, from bed linen to towels to the complete kitchen equipment. Everything clean and great. The location is absolutely quiet, perfect for relaxing in a short time. We would have liked a little more sun, but you can also be good indoors. You can also enjoy the view from the dining table and the couch ... the few rain clouds ;) ... Roger is a friendly host, uncomplicated, responds quickly to questions, it doesn't get any better. If we find another gap in the occupancy calendar, we will be happy to come back.

The accommodation is really very nice, especially the terrace, from which you have a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore. The apartment is very well and high-quality equipped and very tastefully furnished. The lake is minutes away by foot. The communication is very friendly and uncomplicated, we will be happy to come back.

We had 2 days of rest and relaxation. The apartment has everything and is beautifully and cozily furnished. The pool on the balcony was the highlight for us ;) We'd love to come back!

We spent 9 nights in Locarno. The small apartment is tastefully and excellently furnished and the view is simply breathtaking. Ms. Lang is an extremely warm landlady and both the reception and the communication were exemplary. The location is also ideal for excursions, regardless of whether you are traveling by car or on foot. A small disadvantage is the loud street, which occasionally makes it difficult to relax on the balcony. In the small garden with a grill and stone table, however, you will find a little more peace and quiet, and the view is also beautiful from there. We would like to thank Ms. Lang.

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen's place. The room was great and had everything you needed - even tips for hiking and eating. If you have any questions, Carmen was quick and super helpful. And because that wasn't enough, there was also an idyllic pool and plenty of help and support for inquiries or special requests. We certainly won't be the last time we come here and thank Carmen for her great hospitality!

I had a fantastic stay! The service was absolutely excellent—everything was seamless from airport transfers, check-in to check-out. Communication with Ivan and Kathi was prompt, clear, and super helpful throughout the entire stay. The location was truly beautiful—peaceful, scenic, and exactly as described. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Ursula's apartment is in Orselina, above Locarno. The fantastic view invites you to linger on the balcony in daylight and at night 😉 Apartment is a cosy and conveniently furnished. Communication with Ursula was excellent, she was friendly and lightning fast. In the immediate vicinity, it has numerous and beautiful hiking and biking trails. Grottos and restaurants also have some nearby. The small grocery store right next to the apartment has everything you need. We will be happy to come back.

Our stay at Sergio and Nadia's place was great. It is such a beautiful location. The weather was not cooperative while we were there, but they came to the rescue and gave us plenty of good recommendations to help us make the most out of our trip.

This was a lovely holiday here and Adriana was friendly and helpful even though English was not one of her languages. Clean and very comfortable accommodation- upstairs and down. Not a lot of room in main bedroom. Great bathroom and very easy to use kitchen . Coffee, jam, milk and crackers all provided . As we came from Australia ( most guests were from switzerland) we were unaware of local restaurants recommended and where to get groceries locally; so perhaps written instructions could be done for future guests. There is a little lack of privacy near the bathroom to the bedroom and perhaps lack of privacy near the door and in the lounge room. Great stay for seven days and highly recommended.

The great house has a fantastic view of the lake. The beautiful terrace has an inlet from the mountain stream, which encouraged the children to go to the Götschen. Simply perfect. The kitchen is well equipped and offers everything you need. The house is nice and big, which is an advantage in inclement weather. 6 people can also be accommodated comfortably. The 2 bathrooms plus 1 extra toilet are practically furnished and offer everything you need. The house is easy to reach by car, but without a car it would probably be impractical. The 2 parking spaces are therefore great for the big house. The washing machine and tumble dryer are also great. Lastly, it should be mentioned that the hosts always responded immensely quickly to all messages and were super helpful. We would love to come back.

My husband, my children and I stayed at Sebastiano’s place for three days and we have collected lots of nice memories for life. The views of this place are amazing. It is very comfortable and has in the surroundings many places to visit, or to do water sports. It was very easy to arrive by public transport and also to move from there to every sightseeing in the region. The house is very homie, and the kitchen had everything we needed, The pool is big plus and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We will come back for sure.

We had an amazing stay. Amazing location for the ferry, walking into town, and also the Sentiero del Viandante hike! The hike could be reached by merely continuing to walk higher up the hill! View from the terrace is wonderful. Finally, the host was super kind. Thank you so much for having us!

I booked a one-night stay en route from Luzern to Milan. The listing was as described, and though it was fairly bare bones, I had everything I needed for a short stay. It was away from the crowded areas though still easily commutable by bus and even walkable. The view of the lake was lovely, and I especially loved the honeysuckle-lined path to the garden.

This was an absolutely stunning spot. Centrally located, amazing views, and reasonably priced. It looked exactly like the pictures! The apartment was great - had everything we needed and was really comfortable. The deck overlooking the mountains and Lake Lugano is spectacular. I recommend this 100%. If you are coming to Lake Lugano, this is a great spot. I miss it already!

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

A very practically furnished, very well-maintained 2-room apartment in a beautiful panoramic location. It is excellent for a few days and is perfect for long mountain walks. We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

federico's space was spacious and had everything we needed! the toilet was very nice and spacious as well. location is only a 5 minute walk from the metro and easy to find! federico was a very patient, helpful and responsive host who helped us get back an item that we left behind. highly recommended :)
