Our apartment is a cozy 1-room apartment near the beach (2-3 minutes walking). The sunny roof terrace is perfect for breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening. Spacious, bright and quiet 2-room apartment (48 square meters) with all comforts for a few relaxing days by the lake. It's just a 5-minute walk to the beach through the private park. The large balcony (24 square meters) with a southwest-facing location has sun from noon to evening and invites you to sunbathe or have a cozy breakfast or barbecue evening. Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.
