Everything was great,the apartment was clean and everything you need was available! We enjoyed it and would go back!

A great house! Very clean and everything you need available. The kitchen is really equipped with everything (pots, pans, dishes, glasses, bowls, food processor, coffee maker,...). The children's room is full of toys, which our daughter was particularly happy about. The garden is beautifully large with sandbox, swing and slide. The fireplace is great and everything is also available for the fireplace. A washing machine and dryer are very helpful. Hot tub is great - be careful about the extra water bill. We felt very comfortable. The house is even nicer than in the photos. You always have to drive to attractions, there is not so much in the immediate vicinity.

Everything was exactly as described and shown in the photos, the small sauna and hot tub are great amenities. The only thing that bothered us: the coffee maker was extremely slow, we had to wait half an hour for a pot of coffee, so it's worth investing in a new model. The dining table has also seen better days, but otherwise it was a very nice stay and we would come back and recommend it.

Nothing to complain about

Very nicely decorated house. We were on site with the extended family, everyone loved it. Through the pool room, sauna, billiards, foosball, ping pong table and dart board, the little ones didn't want to leave the house at all. Communication was super relaxed and easy. Small problems on our part were done by the local service partner with humor and at very short notice - great!!!

A nice cottage in a quiet location. The semi-detached houses are highly recommended for larger groups. By dividing the houses, it is possible to be together, but there is also the chance to retreat! Especially in mixed groups, where children are also perfect. For some, it takes some getting used to having no wifi. Cell phone reception is also rather poor. For us, that was not a problem, it was rather conducive to the recovery. There was nothing missing in the kitchen when it comes to dishes. However, you have to know that basic amenities, salt, baking paper, oil, dish soap/tabs, hand soaps in the bathrooms, etc., are not mandatory. There was a loving welcome package in each kitchen, but it will not suffice depending on the length of stay (1 washbasin, 1 small packet of salt and pepper, 1 bag of dish soap). We had a great stay and would book the house again anytime!

Everything worked out great, for the money I would like that you don't necessarily have to bring everyone to this place, like salt/pepper/toilet paper. Of course, an Edeka is not far away but I would expect something like that in terms of price/performance. Even though we only used the jacuzzi and sauna once, something came together in the end with the electricity. Nevertheless, all in all, I was now in Kappeln for the third time, if you have no problem organizing and planning for food then I can only recommend it.

You get exactly what you promised. Electricity bill in the end but significantly higher than expected - I don't know if this has to be the case.

We were in the house with many people and felt very comfortable. The layout of the house and amenities were ideal!

Completely unproblematic communication, flexible arrival and departure was possible. Unfortunately, there are still many houses in the shell or almost finished condition. Therefore, the area looks very much like construction site. The way to the house was in not such a good condition, but it is currently the case and will definitely change soon. We would love to go there again. No comparison to the similarly large houses of a competitor. These are consistently in a significantly worse condition. Especially the kitchen is excellent for larger groups of people. Two ovens, a huge fridge and an just as large freezer allow for an extensive supply!

The house was perfect for our family weekend with 13 people. It would even be room for more. Unfortunately, due to the current construction site, it is still a bit noisy and not quite as "idyllic" as you might like. Otherwise, everything was there, it was very clean and the service on site was always responsive. Clear recommendation

The listing matched the description and images. A very nice house, a little clairvoyant, but still very quiet. We were there with the whole family and we didn't get bored. Although there is not much to do in the immediate area, you can still find something to deal with. The space is still well equipped.
