Near too Northcott Mouth, a small, unspoilt National Trust beach, or a short walk takes you to the church and village inn. Bude is 2 miles away. The coastal path is close by. Tennis, golf, horse riding, mountain boarding, surfing and fishing are all on offer here. The fishing villages of Padstow, Port Isaac and Rock are well worth a visit, and the Eden Project of course

The Old Smithy is set is a secluded valley on the river Tavy. It is a mile from the nearest road, down a private track through beautiful moorland and woodland. It's an ideal base for walking, cycling wild swimming and getting away from it all, a true nature lovers paradise! We live in a house on the same site so will be on hand for any advice or assistance. We are on the edge of Dartmoor National Park and an hour's drive from numerous beaches. The thriving town of Tavsitock is 7 miles away.

Accessed via four small steps, Sea Breeze can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The property has its own veranda complete with table and chairs which overlooks the green. Parking is provided in a nearby car park which is approx 1 min walk from the bungalow.
