Alison was very helpful and after a long walk we were grateful to find such a comfortable, beautiful and clean site.

The area and surroundings around the tents was beautiful and there was lots nearby to visit. The bathrooms and toilets were really clean and the host Faith was really helpful and friendly as were all the staff. The bar was really interesting to visit on the weekend. We had a lovely stay, thank you

Wow! What an amazing place you guys have. Our first get-away with our little boy (8 mos) as we went to an Eden Session and decided to make a weekend of it. We arrived on Friday and our hosts were welcoming, friendly and so helpful. We settled into our beautifully clean and spacious bell tent ‘Poppy’ before heading out to the Eden Project, approximately 10 mins drive. The loos and showers were clean and tidy, the little shop on site was well stocked and our little boy loved looking at the pigs and wondering down to the pond at the bottom of the meadow. The views are beautiful!! And if we had stayed longer we would have certainly wondered around the local area a little bit more as Ali recommended some nice local walks. On Sat evening a fab little food and drink van arrived on site and we enjoyed watching the sun set with a delicious cocktail. I can’t say enough about this place and we are already looking at when we can return! Family friendly, great location, wonderful hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Reforge. Beautiful surroundings, plenty of contact with nature, the coolest and most unique bar and friendly staff. The perfect heaven on earth.

Had a great stay in Hazel! Really warm and cozy despite the awful weather outside. Check in was great and everything was explained really clearly. The tipi and shower block was all super clean! Great bonus being able to visit the pigs!

Ali accommodated us last minute and she was really helpful! I was travelling with 2 children, 12 and 10, and they loved ‘glamping’; Ali provided us with some kit to make a fire in the fire pit, which just added to the experience. She was also really helpful with suggestions on where to eat. My daughter’s asked me to add that she loved the chickens and pigs!

Absolutely fab weekend away! This place is such a unique experience and has great facilities, including comfy beds and sofas, pots and pans, games, table tennis, and cool boxes which makes a camping trip super easy for everyone. We will definitely be returning next year!

Alison was a lovely host and the space was so cosy and really equipped with everything we needed. The site is peaceful and well kept, and the shower/toilet block was always clean and available. Really well situated for lots of Cornish adventures, and we loved visiting the on site piggies! It is a lovely site and we will definitely be planning another visit! Thanks Alison!

The bell tent and its facilities were lovely. The beds were really comfortable and warm, there was plenty of space for our things without making the tent feel cluttered. A great area with table and chairs where we enjoyed our BBQ's and toasted marsh mellows. The views are amazing, it is so peaceful and relaxing. The shower room, toilet and kitchen areas were all spotlessly clean. Becci was a fantastic host, she welcomed us when we arrived to make sure we settled in and had everything we needed. We found some yummy scones, jam and cream for us in the fridge and some lovely treats inside the tent. Becci took our 9 year old son out for a walk on Bob the horse, she let him brush him, feed him and have some photos. He hasn't stopped talking about Bob since and has taken his photos into school with him this morning to show his friends. I would recommend Becci and the bell tent to anybody that is considering staying.

This is an unbelievable place for a weekend away. We had a group of 10 lads and it was such a good weekend from start to finish. Already looking at booking again for next year but with families. Secluded location, stunning woods, and perfect facilities for a comfy camping trip. The guys were great, always on the phone if you were needed. Cannot recommend the place enough

The listing really doesn't do this place justice. If you've ever glamped before, I can assure you that it won't have been provisioned as well as this place was! There was everything from cooking utensils, right through to tea, coffee and marshmallows. They have thought of everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. The location is great. The two bell tents are on a very peaceful and pretty piece of land. The beach and Salcombe are within walking distance if you're fit. The hosts were delightful! They were informative and friendly. We really enjoyed chatting to them and they helped us with local information for our stay. We would definitely stay again!

A wonderfully wonderful place with amazing views over the hills with the sunset. A beautiful tent with a lovely bed, very comfortable. The kitchen is nicely located and equipped with every comfort. We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone. Very welcoming family!

What a fantastic stay! This camping site exceeded all our expectations. The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature—perfect for a relaxing escape from the city. The campsite was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great tips about the area and making sure we had everything we needed. The fire pit and seating area were perfect for cozy evenings under the stars, and the amenities (like clean bathrooms and a well-stocked camp kitchen) made everything so easy. Whether you're an experienced camper or just looking to try something new, this spot is a gem. We’ll absolutely be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at Margaret & Colin’s safari tent! It had everything we needed, it was so spacious and cosy at the same time. The hot tub was amazing and the games area went down a treat with our little one! Very peaceful location with stunning views! The home made scones on arrival were a lovely touch, (and delicious). We hope to be back!

Richard was very welcoming & provided a great site for a short getaway. The tent was very tidy, clean & well maintained. It’s clear lots of effort has been put into making Penhallow House a lovely place to stay & the breakfast bar being open 24/7 is a great idea. It’s very well stocked & the honesty box works well. lovely place to stay, peaceful & quiet until our children arrived that is! Bell Tent was spotless and the hosts very welcoming & friendly. Toilet block and showers were very clean & spotless. I would suggest a few more signs posted along the route as unless you have a sat nav, the surrounding lanes look very much the same and can get a little confusing at times if you not familiar with the roads, but never the less great location. We will be back for sure

Where do we begin?! Beautiful location and campsite. Darryl and Claire were fantastic hosts, welcoming and kind. They had plenty of recommendations for us for days out/restaurants. Anything you needed they were quick to help out. The campsite was lush! Surrounded by beautiful woodlands and a short walk to St Agnes. They had all the amenities you could need, the kitchen was a great size and well stocked with tea/coffee and essentials. The shower/toilet facilities were spotless! Hot shower and perfect for what we needed camping. We met Beau and Belle their gorgeous doggies! Everything was exactly as described. They both went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t have wanted anymore. The campsite is beautiful in the day and is magical at night. Their location was great, there is a bus stop right outside, a pub next door which were given some money off vouchers for and a short drive/bus journey to Falmouth/newquay and surrounding towns and villages. Just perfect! Thankyou x

fantastic time in nature, private camping with great amenities. Didn't see a single other person all weekend, relaxed in the woods, paddled in the river, great campfire ambience.

When we arrived we were greeted by their lovely dog Luna, the kids had great fun playing with her and she is super friendly. James showed us to the tent which was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. James was friendly and was there if we needed anything. The road is quite noisy at night, but it didn't bother our 3 kids who are 11, 9 & 7 and all slept really well. Pop some ear plugs in your bag just in case. On our way back from Pennywell farm we had a blow out 🤦‍♀️ James very kindly picked me and the kids up so we could get back to enjoy the tent, whilst my husband waited for the tyre to get sorted. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return in the future. Thank you

What an incredible stay we had at Morwenna’s bell tent. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home and able to fully relax into our beautiful surroundings. The hosts were attentive and proactive, ensuring our hot tub was hot on arrival and answering any queries we had straight away. The bell tent is clean, nicely decorated and spacious. The bed gave us one of the most comfiest sleeps we’ve had in a long time. We enjoyed feeling away from the hustle and bustle, which was helped by the peaceful set up that was fully equipped with everything we needed. One of our personal highlights were the lovely animals - particularly Daffers the dog. On the Saturday night, we were lucky to have a clear sky. Whilst in the hot tub, we were able to see an incredible amount of stars, which really topped off our experience. We cannot recommend this air b and b enough and would definitely return. Thanks Morwenna and family for making us so comfortable.

We had the most wonderful last minute get away! Lauren was an amazing host! Flexible check in we literally booked on a Thursday afternoon and had a confirmation of booking writhing 5 minutes and was on our way to the beautiful lodge! Well worth the 4 hour drive there! Thank you for an amazing stay we will 100% without a doubt be back!

We recently had our first camping experience on a farm, and it was truly enjoyable. The tent house was well-equipped with all the facilities we needed, including a equipped kitchen, a firewood heater, and a private bathroom and toilet. Outside, there was a porch, an area for a campfire/BBQ, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We were warmly welcomed by our lovely host, Heather, who made us feel right at home. As a thoughtful touch, we were treated to some delicious scones with clotted cream and jam upon arrival. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed every moment. Budleigh Salterton Beach was just a 20-minute drive away, and there’s a Sainsbury’s supermarket within a 5-mile radius. Although we didn’t explore the local area much, the peaceful environment away from the city made our stay truly wonderful. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d love to return!

We had a wonderful night's stay and wish we could have stayed for longer. Absolute bliss from the moment we got there: just the sounds of the birds and the rustle of the trees. Hoping to return again in the future (twice a year if the kids get their way as they lived the selection of games there to borrow). Attention to detail was second to none. Thankyou so much!!
