Brand new holiday apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, full kitchen. Small living room with TV and terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The apartment is part of our farm, which is located in the cozy village of Pillemark in the middle of the island. Although we live in the middle of a city, the yard overlooks fields that belong to the yard. We don't have any animals on the farm except cats and rabbits. The rental is a newly built vacation apartment (2023) of 55 sqm. Towels, linens are included and it is possible to purchase charging of electric car.

Fantastically located farm apartment. Holmegaard is located on top of a hill with fantastic sea views. The farm is divided into separate apartments, with a shared kitchen and dining room. The apartment consists of a bedroom, private living room and bathroom, as well as a fantastic outdoor room. The farm is newly renovated, but the original farm feeling has been preserved. The farm is located on the outskirts of Ballen, a 10-minute walk from shops, restaurants, etc., but is still completely undisturbed by other neighbors.

Our annex consists of bedroom with kitchenette and bathroom with soda. There is a double bed, dining area, and kitchen with fridge, electric kettle, toaster, and stove. (No hob) Free coffee/tea is available. There is a terrace door next to a private tiled terrace with garden furniture and a gas grill. Car/bicycles can be parked in the parking lot. SuperBrugsen is located 100m and net 400m. There is a cinema about 50m from here and several restaurants nearby. The annex is adjacent to a green area.

Huset er på 140 kvadratmeter og ligger i den rolige landsby Kolby på den sydlige del af Samsø. Det består af et nyrenoveret landkøkken, 2 stuer, 2 toiletter (det ene med bad) og 3 soveværelser med dobbelt-/ 2 enkeltsenge samt et mindre værelse med køjeseng, som kun bør anvendes af personer på max 170 cm. I alt er der 8 sovepladser. Der forefindes desuden en weekendseng inkl. dyne til børn fra 0-2 år. Udendørs kan du nyde solen på den store terrasse, og børnene kan lege på den store græsplæne.

Er du til smukke skovrige omgivelser, vil dette passe dig. Huset ligger på en naturgrund skærmet af høje træer og med markerne i baggrunden. Den modsatte vej er der ca. 400m til lille uforstyrret strand. Har du prøvet at bo i et containerhus før? Vi byggede vores elskede sommerhus i 2018 af tre gamle skibscontainere. Huset ligger som en kubistisk hobbithule på en vild grund i det dejlige, rolige Vesterløkken.
