I rent it when I am out of town, I have been living here for 14 years so you will find my personal belongings (no valuables) and a lot of love in the apartment so treat it as if it was yours! Small but nice, chic little studio for two

Welcome! A modern furnished, small studio awaits you on the upper ground floor of a two-family house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: A capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. The view overlooks our beautiful garden. Bicycles can be parked there. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are by bike in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes at the nearest lake. Not a central location!

Small and colorful

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. This beautiful small apartment (31 m2) is located in the most popular district of Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. It is located on the ground floor of a typical Berlin old building and is quiet despite its central location. The apartment is ideal for two people, but also possible for three people. Please note: The third person will use an “extra bed” to sleep (fold-out armchair 100x200). Important! All 3 people sleep in the same room.

There is NO ELEVATOR in the building. But the stairs are worth the excercise! The apartment is well decorated, has a full kitchen and everything you need, to feel comfortable for your stay in Berlin.
