Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Two bedrooms, air conditioning, an equipped kitchen, microwave.Smart TV & Wi-Fi offer a great vacation with a dose of adventure. This floating home is the ideal vacation home on the water. Driving the motorboat does not require a driver's license. The motorboat & stand up board is available for use.

Our "JULIA" is an exclusive, floating two-room apartment on the water with everything that goes with it. The fireplace as a highlight and the underfloor heating ensure cozy warmth even on cold days. The "JULIA" can be booked for up to 2 people + 2 extra beds in the salon. The houseboat is firmly located in the home port of Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg and is only 7 kilometers from Alexanderplatz. You do not need a boat license because the houseboat cannot be moved.

LUNA is an exclusive, floating loft-style apartment. On the "LUNA" there is a salon with pantry kitchen, a double closet bed, a shower and a separate toilet. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows make the "LUNA" "blend in" with its environment. Air conditioning and external curtains protect in high heat and ensure pleasant temperatures. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth even on cold days. The houseboat is firmly in our harbor and is only 7 km from Alex.

Swimming, sunbathing or barbecuing complete the experience.

Located in Priepert, the boat Lisa has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. This 15 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a TV. The boat also boasts private terraces (open and covered) where you can chill out in the evening. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are allowed upon request for a fee. Wi-Fi is not available.

Vom Ankerplatz des Bootes auf der Rummelsburger Bucht erreicht ihr mit dem Tretboot schnell und einfach das Ufer und der Bahnhof Ostkreuz ist von dort nur in 10 min zu Fuss entfernt. Mit einer Größe von 13,5 x 4,5m bietet es jede Menge Platz und von der Dachterrasse aus habt ihr einen tollen Uberblick ueber die Rummelsburger Bucht.

Living on the water in Berlin

How about an apartment in Berlin on the water? A houseboat on Lake Rummelsburg, a corresponding retreat almost immediately and the Berlin city at Ostkreuz station. We rent out our lovingly and personally furnished houseboat (a self-construction from 2003), as we can only use it sporadically ourselves. The boat is situated at a fixed berth in the district of Schöneweide, next to two other houseboats on its own jetty. Through the large window front you have a wonderful unobstructed view of the Spree.
