Play corner with toys and books, as well as games for big and small. You get a very central location in the pedestrian street with direct access to the city's life, cafes, etc., and at the same time a view over the fjord, and close to the beach. Parking space 2 minutes from apartment, washer and dryer.

There is an efficient wood stove, 2 winter sleeping bags (Catharina Defence 6) with associated sheet bags, as well as regular duvets and pillows, blankets/blankets, etc. Fireplace that can be used whenever the weather permits. Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Køkkenet har komfur med emhætte, mikroovn , opvasker, kaffemaskine, elkedel og køl og frys. Der er egen udestue med bord og stole. Med egen p-plads. OBS! Ingen rygning indenfor og i udestuen. Alt rygning skal foregå udenfor.
