Monthly Rentals in University Park

I come to visit Dallas at least once a year, and I love staying in the M streets. Dan’s place was in the perfect location! Very central - easy to get around by foot or by car - but also plenty of available street parking, which isn’t always a given. Charming, private unit with lots of character and plenty of amenities. Would love to stay here again on a future trip!

Great location. Super central to everything and the place was very clean, the bed was very comfy and the space had everything I needed. Gia was a proactive and friendly communicator and made sure all was well. I'd stay here again.

Everything was as described, and the neighborhood is wonderful—a lovely residential area with easy access to downtown. It’s clear that this place has been loved on by the owners—it’s tastefully renovated with nice touches (loved the artwork!)—private, and serene. It’s an oasis, with terrific hosts!

I had such a great stay at this place while my mom was in town! It has a great location and very responsive/helpful hosts! I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in the Dallas area!
