Gut Mischenried combines the tranquility and serenity of the countryside with the proximity to the city. It is located between fields, meadows and forests. Via highway or S-Bahn, you are in 30 minutes in the center of Munich. Almost all furniture was made or restored in our carpentry shop. All apartments are barrier-free and largely suitable for wheelchair users. In the surrounding area there are numerous activities that will make your stay in the 5-lake region exciting.

Our apartment on the first floor has a size of 30 square meters and consists of a shared living room and bedroom with an integrated kitchenette, which is fully equipped: microwave, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker (with filter), kettle, toaster. Dish soap and dish towels are available. Spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer, ventilation and dehumidifier. In addition, clothes racks, ironing board and iron are available for your laundry.

You are staying on a former farm. My apartment is ideal for two people, solo travelers, business travelers and furry friends (pets). Located between Salzburg and Munich, an ideal base. From Prien by train 1 hour to Munich or Salzburg. 3 km to Lake Chiemsee and 6 km to the Eggstätter Seenplatte. From the house there is a hiking trail to the Ratzinger Höhe. There you will be rewarded with incredible views of Lake Chiemsee and the Pre-Alps.

Marktschellenberg is ideally located as a starting point for hikes, but also for cultural events in Salzburg. And the garden and sauna (for a fee of 40 euros) have a high relaxation value.
