In summer and autumn, our Bavarian Forest invites you to long walks and nature experiences. Just 15 minutes from the apartment awaits you in summer on the mountain Geißkopf, the outdoor bike park with terrific descent ! The apartment is freshly renovated.

Gut Mischenried combines the tranquility and serenity of the countryside with the proximity to the city. It is located between fields, meadows and forests. Via highway or S-Bahn, you are in 30 minutes in the center of Munich. Almost all furniture was made or restored in our carpentry shop. All apartments are barrier-free and largely suitable for wheelchair users. In the surrounding area there are numerous activities that will make your stay in the 5-lake region exciting.

You are staying on a former Bauernhof. My apartment is ideal for two persons, traveling alone, business travelers and furry friends (pets). Located between Salzburg and Munich, an ideal starting point. From Prien by train 1 hour to Munich or Salzburg. 3 km to Lake Chiemsee and 6 km to Eggstätter Seenplatte. From the house there is a hiking trail to Ratzinger Höhe. There you will be rewarded with an incredible view of Lake Chiemsee and the Pre-Alps.
