This beautiful farmhouse exudes romance and rural idyll. With a wood-burning stove, thatched roof and lots of aesthetic details. There is a courtyard with stunning views of meadow, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom, there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an atmospheric dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a farmhouse blue table.

Huset er funktionelt og indeholder alt hvad man skal bruge. Der er entre, sammenhængende køkken og stue med brændeovn, soveværelse og badeværelse. Desuden er der et smukt ude-brus med varmt vand, ca. 10 meter fra hoveddøren. Her kan bades det meste af året mens man nyder naturens elementer samtidig. Området er naturskønt med smukke vandre og cykelruter.

Feriebolig tæt på torvet i Marielyst, kort gå afstand til sandstrand og 1,8 km til 18 hullers golfbane. Bo tilbagetrukket men midt i byens pulserende liv, med restauranter, butikker, feriestemning, aktiviteter, gåture og hygge. Boligen kan i sommer højsæson kun bookes fra fredag til fredag. Marielyst, located 3 km away, offers ice cream, shopping, and good restaurants.

It's a short bicycle ride to local shops, a butcher and a variety of restaurants if you don't feel like cooking.
