2 room apartment newly renovated this summer with, among other things, a new kitchen and bathroom. There's easy access via a code lock so you can arrive at your convenience. Located in the outhouse next to our own home. 5 km from E20/E45 and Kolding mall. Under half an hour to Legoland , Legohouse, and Givskud Zoo. There are about 700 meters to the shopping opportunity as well as bakeries. Cozy and peaceful garden where no facilities are to be shared with others. Good hiking trails in the area including at Donssøarna. There's also a bike path to Kolding.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

Her er komfortable (kingsize) kontinentalsenge i høj kvalitet, plads til op til 4 personer og mulighed for opredning til 2 ekstra gæster på sovesofa. Offentlig parkering findes ved ejendommen. En oplagt base for jer, der ønsker byens liv lige udenfor døren – og samtidig en god nattesøvn. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret til morgenmad og lette måltider, og badeværelset er funktionelt med bruseniche.

RUGGÅRD - Farm-holiday

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.

Nødvendigt service forefindes samt mikroovn og køleskab. På ejendommens 6 ha går af og til heste, naboejendommen er en af Danmarks største vingårde. Der er mulighed for dejlige gåture i området. Der er ca 12 km til Kolding og Fredericia . Indkøb ca. 6 km. ca. 35 km til Legoland. Der er ikke offentligt transport til os.

Lejligheden er på ca. 100m2 med aircondition. En hyggelig stue med brætspil, sofa, PS4, smart TV og alt hvad man skal bruge til madlavning. Der er opvaskemaskine. Vi har 3 charmerende og nyrenoverede værelser med sengeplads til 5 voksne, samt en vugge og en weekend seng til børn. Vi har 3 hunde og 1 kat, og kæledyr er velkomne, så længe de er under kontrol og ikke er i sengen. Vi deler toilet om natten, men ellers er det 100% jeres.

The apartment is about 75 sqm and contains living room, two bedrooms, small hallway, kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, oven and dishwasher and toilet/bath. The apartment has five bedrooms and a baby cot. The apartment is 700 metres from Kolding city centre and has a garden down to Kolding River. There is parking on a quiet public road. We welcome you all!

Architect-designed summerhouse from 2019 directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water where you can keep up with the changes of nature throughout the day. In the main house there is a bedroom, loft, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Corvid-19. For safety reasons, before and after each visitor will be cleaned and all surfaces disinfected.
