Monthly Rentals in Vanderpool

Brent was responsive and attentive from the time we booked through the time we checked out. The guide attached after the booking provided a lot of great information about the typical things you would have questions about. The property was private and secluded. The house had almost everything you would needed to pretty much 'check in' and unplug & relax. The deck was a lovely area to enjoy our morning coffee and take in the scenic and peaceful surrounding. Enjoyed the river! Lost Maples was so close by and a beautiful place to hike!

This is our 2nd time to stay at PJ’s Hideaway, and it was another great experience! Patti’s place is very clean, well stocked, and spacious. We love the layout of the cabin and the outdoor porch. The property is peaceful, private, beautiful, and perfect for bird watching and relaxing. We enjoyed the short drive to Garner State Park. The hosts are kind and helpful. This is one of our favorite airbnbs. Thank you so much for hosting us again!!

We loved the lil cabin, exactly what we were looking for.. Enjoyed our morning coffee sitting on the front porch while watching the deer feed.. felt right at home.. thank you for sharing your lil cowboy cabin with us.. Keith and Ronda

This place is off the beaten path. There is no cell service and it's in the foothills if the Texas Hill Country. The river isn't super big- there's just a small water hole. But there's board games in the office, basketball court, and play place for kids! Make sure to bring cash for fire wood or purchases in the surrounding areas- most places preferred cash. This place is a diamond in the rough! I love it! I cannot WAIT to go back! My only complaint is the water pressure, however, that comes with the territory of the rural nature of this AirBNB.
