The guest apartment is located on the second floor and is separate from the rest of the villa with its own entrance, fully equipped kitchen & bathroom. Lovely all year round! Proximity to fantastic sea swimming, cozy farm shops & the forest around the house is full of mushrooms & berries. Popular roads for road cycling, mountain biking & running. Just over 10 minutes by car to central Varberg. 45 minutes to Gothenburg. 30 minutes to shopping at Gåkås in Ullared.

Stay centrally in Varberg. Lightly furnished apartment on the second floor of a villa with balcony and garden view. Own entrance without elevator, free parking on the street (parking inside my yard is not allowed). Bed linen and towels are included, but you are expected to clean and leave the apartment in clean and nice condition, cleaning equipment is available. (Not suitable for people with disabilities or smaller children as it is a staircase up to the apartment.) My base price is for two people, additional guests pay 250 SEK/person o night.

Trädgården kan nyttjas för exempelvis grill eller lek. Gångavstånd till både strand, nöje, torg och det mesta Sommar-Varberg erbjuder i övrigt. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår ej, gäst behöver ta med det. Gratis parkering (tidsbegränsad) finns i närområdet. Närliggande parkeringshus finns också.

It takes about 10 minutes to Skrea Strand/Fbg center or 30 minutes to Varberg , Halmstad or the shopping at Gekås in Ullared. Egen uteplats med kolgrill. Bad och fiskemöjlighet 25 m från boendet. Sommartid: 2 supbrädor och en kanot finns att låna. Fiskekort finns att köpa samt båtar att hyra. Husdjustillåtet. Rökfritt. Wifi saknas Tv:n har endaste de markbundna kanalerna, men är utrustad med utgång för HDMI-kabel.
