The house is located in the middle of everything there is to wish for - the proximity to Varberg city, the beech forests in Åkulla, Grimeton radio station, Gekås in Ullared and the sea on the west coast. On the lower level there is a kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom with a 140 cm bed. From the living room you can reach the conservatory and terrace overlooking the meadows. There is also a barbecue area that can be used, as well as a small playhouse with a sandbox. On the second floor there are three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with 90x2 beds) and bathrooms.

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Lilla Stensgård

Enjoy a pleasant stay in this unique accommodation out on Grimsholmen south of Falkenberg. About 8 km from Falkenberg's center and 500 meters to the beach, the cottage is beautifully situated in a quiet rural environment. As a guest, you live separately from the family's/landlord's home with your own entrance where you have access to part of a large garden and orangery with patio. A few kilometers away is a wide range of restaurants, cafes, farm shops and all the fantastic things Falkenberg has to offer. Warmly welcome!

Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Välkommen till vårt härliga boende på Skrea strand i Falkenberg på drygt 80 m². Huset är på 60 m² med öppen planlösning för kök, vardagsrum samt 2 sovrum och ett litet badrum. Från vardagsrummet nås ett generöst trädäck där grillen står redo. På tomten finns också ett gårdshus (Attefallshus). Huset har 2 sovrum á 12 m² med hotellkänsla. Skrea strand ligger bara några minuters promenad bort. Boendet har trådlöst wifi och möjlighet att parkera 2 bilar. För elbil finns även laddbox.
