THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Brygghuset in Forshult Fegen

Here you live in the countryside in our farmhouse Brygghuset. Please note that the cottage is located ON the farm where we ourselves live and conduct business/work. Here on the farm there are cats, dogs, chickens, and Icelandic horses. We value the privacy of our animals and hope that you as a guest will also show respect for the animals on the farm. Feel free to greet the horses, but it is not allowed to feed them or be in their pastures or in the stable. The chickens are sensitive individuals that can become very stressed and scared if you run after them.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Welcome to our lovely accommodation on Skrea beach in Falkenberg of just over 80 m². The house is 60 m² with an open floor plan for kitchen, living room as well as 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom. From the living room a generous wooden deck is accessed where the grill is ready. On the plot there is also a farmhouse (Attefallshus). The house has 2 bedrooms of 12 m² with a hotel feel. Skrea beach is only a few minutes walk away. The accommodation has wireless Wi-Fi and the possibility to park 2 cars. For an electric car there is also a charging box.

Welcome to Måsagården in Bjurum, north of Varberg! At our renovated farm from the early 1800s, there is this newly renovated farmhouse with kitchen, bedroom, living room and bathroom. In this environment with a living countryside, there is proximity to nature. There is a grocery store, restaurant and swimming area within cycling distance. This place is suitable for those of you who want to get out to the country's peace and quiet. Since you are the only guests, you will have the adjoining garden for yourselves with seating and barbecue.

Welcome to a fresh cottage in a fantastic nature with a rich environment. The cottage is 30 m2 and has a combined living room and kitchen. One bedroom and a sofa bed. When you look out, you have a view of the lake where you also have access to a boat for fishing and swimming. Don't be surprised if you see both moose and deer pass by the cottage. Ullared is only 40 minutes away and you will find a grocery store 20 minutes' drive from the cottage. In the area, there are a total of 3 cottages and we rent out two of these.

Welcome to Bua! A tiny house with a nice atmosphere, what we in Sweden call an "Attefallshus". Its 25 square metre, with a sleeping loft. Only 600m to the sea and just 100m to a small forest with nice walks. Bua is a small fishing village at the west coast of Sweden, close to Gothenburg (65km), Kungsbacka (38km) Varberg (25km) & the famous shopping place GeKås Ullared (50km). The guesthouse has a 180-cm (71-in) double bed. In the sleeping loft, there is a small 140-cm double bed and an infant bed. Small shower and toilet. A patio deck on the short side of the guesthouse you will reach through a stable door from inside the carport. There's a gas grill. View of the beech forest and our chicken farm.
