Beachfront holiday rentals in Venice

The apartment is great. Safe, Clean, neat. The location is very close to the beach and walking street. Everything is great. I will recommend my friends to come here.

Sofia is a very accommodating hostess and welcomed us very nicely. We felt very welcome with small extras, such as breakfast pastries or a (packed) toothbrush in the bathroom or a well-equipped kitchen. In hot weather there was a fan and rainy weather we could borrow umbrellas - these are the little things that make you feel welcome. We will be happy to come back.

We were very satisfied: the apartment was a "stone's throw" from the sea, we had a great view from the balcony to the sea, with a few steps you were in the shopping mile, the apartment was very clean, you could speak German with Cinzia - everything just worked out to be able to relax! Thank you very much, Cinzia, we will come back!

It was all wonderful. From the vacation preparation to the check out, Barbara was a very great hostess. The location of the cottage was great and it was very cozy. We'll be back.

We spent two nights at Valeria and Riccardo's apartments and we had a really good time. They were both extremely kind and helpful, with clear and timely communication from the first contact. The stylishly furnished apartment on the second floor is very nice, with attention to detail and complete with everything you need. The online photos are already beautiful, but in person the space is even more pleasant and welcoming. A significant added value is the possibility of using bicycles, which allowed us to travel around Chioggia freely and easily. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to come back. We highly recommend this place!

Our apartment was perfect for our family of five. The host was great to communicate with and provided everything we needed to have a nice stay. They were friendly and even had some local recommendations or ideas on how to travel to where we wanted to go. The property is beautiful and walkable to all major sites and wonderful restaurants. We would love to stay at this place again in the future.

We highly recommend this place. Very very friendly and attentive hosts. The apartment was very clean and maintained. We, including our dog, felt very comfortable and will certainly live there again. It was just perfect.

The hosts were really friendly and did everything to meet our needs. Very hospitable even with my molosser and they even gave him a welcome gift!!!! Always available and very kind. Comfortable and very clean environment. Very well equipped with everything. The only thing missing was the chamomile tea bags!!!! We also found soaps and shampoos for children in the bathroom!!!!! The apartment is super conveniently located on the seashore, with good shopping and swimming facilities. We were very satisfied.

The entire building as well as the apartment look very modern and high-quality. We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. Especially the beautiful, well-equipped kitchen made cooking a pleasure. A real highlight was the spacious balcony with a comfortable seating area, ideal for enjoying the evening with a glass of wine. The facility left nothing to be desired. Since the cleanliness on the beach unfortunately did not convince us, we were all the more grateful for the well-maintained pool and whirlpool area, which we used extensively. The pools were always clean and offered a great alternative to the beach. Overall, it was a very nice stay, which we would gladly recommend. Thank you, Matteo!

We had a wonderful vacation. The apartment is magnificent, the terrace simply great, the view is awesome. We immediately felt at home. Ugo and Graziella are very friendly and warm hosts, who are very attentive to their guests. The apartment is well equipped, it was also ideal for our little daughter (high chair, crib,...) Ugo was always available, even at night, when we had a false alarm in the stairwell and panicked quite a bit. The way to the beach is not far, and we also found the pool great for cooling off. Numerous shops (including grocery stores and bakeries) and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Thank you for this beautiful week of VACATION!!! I can highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Jesolo!

We had a wonderful stay at Markus’s place with the whole family. The check-in instructions were very clear, and we had no trouble accessing the property. The house was spotless and thoughtfully prepared with attention to detail. Before our stay began, Markus shared valuable information about Venice and Lido di Jesolo, which was incredibly helpful. During our stay, he was quick to respond to any questions we had. We were very pleased with both the house and Markus’s hospitality. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the swimming pool due to weather conditions, but it was still a great feature to have. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The accommodation was great - very clean and the location to the sea really great. Maurizio is a great host and was always available. Upon arrival, there were even a few drinks and snacks on site, great if you arrive later and can't shop anymore. The large covered balcony is also great, as we had some rain on the first day and the children could still play outside. :-) We were completely satisfied with our stay and would be happy to come back. :-)

Very authentic apartment with wonderful views of Venice and the lagoon. Great location for the Biennale and San Marco. Communication with Mario is absolutely friendly and relaxed.

Great location for us, 10 mins away from free beach and 10 mins to ferry. And the view, what can I say it’s spectacular!! Would definitely book again if staying on lido.

The apartment is located in a beautiful old Villa in venetian style! The Villa has a beautiful garden with huge trees, the whole villa is in the shade of these trees. The apartment is located in the ground floor. The apartment provided everything that we all have at home, kitchen, TV, washing machine, microwave...etc. Close to the Viall is a big supermarket. The villa is also very close to the main street in Lido that provides many restaurants and gelaterias. Most important! the villa is close to the Lido S.M.E harbor. The host provided me detailed check in/out information and is available on standard communication apps like |what is up" and airbnb chat

We were looking for accommodation near Venice and not far from the sea, and we found just the right thing with this neighborhood. It is quietly located, but you can easily drive to the wide and beautiful beach in 5 minutes, and to the vaporetto pier in 10 minutes. From there, you can reach Venice and Burano in half an hour. Several supermarkets are also just a few minutes away. The small holiday home is newly built, with good kitchen equipment and a covered terrace. The two sweet cats of the landlady visited us regularly and were very happy to be petted.

Wonderful 'tiny house' bungalows with a nice terrace in a very beautiful kept & tranquil environment with trees, bushes and flowers. There is even a herb garden you can take from for your cooking. The bungalows had everything you need for being self-catering. Annalisa prepared an extra bed for us after asking what we needed. There are free bicycles to use, which was a real highlight for us, because is easy to bike to town and beyond. Annalisa informed us about upcoming events, markets and even strikes of the public transport. She also offers a BBQ, a laundry machine with cloth hanging possibilities and an umbrella for the beach. The location is very private & quiet, close to a beautiful free beach, close to the towns Ca'Savio, Treporti and of course close to other exciting beautiful places to discover. We had a fantastic time!
