Holiday rentals with a patio in Vernon Township

The neighborhood was OK - the place is kind of in between a really nice area and a not so nice one. I will say the location was peaceful - no really loud noises, especially at night. That was very much appreciated!

Kimberly’s condo in Indy was the perfect spot for our quick city visit! We came to see a basketball game and the location couldn’t have been better. 15 min walk to the Fieldhouse, onsite off-street parking, private entrance, very quiet, clean, and so cute. The wall was filled with adorable front porches, restaurants/cafes, & beautiful gardens. We even met & chatted with our neighbor on our way out and they were lovely as well! The visit far exceeded expectations. Bedroom was neat and comfy, with heavy drapes to keep the sun from spilling into this bright space before we woke! Bathroom was spacious and clean with a pretty tub. The windows looking out to the downtown skyline are really unique and cool!! Definitely book this for any visit to the city!

Sach is an Awesome host. This was my first time with the app and my stay was very comfy. anything I need Sach was a text away.

We enjoyed our stay here. The laundry was a big bonus in our time as we needed it here and there. One minor flaw was the smoke smell that we got when we first stepped in. That was solved with some open windows. Other than that, a wonderful place!

This place was even cuter than the photos. Great location, the AC worked great, super clean and comfy. Our teenager enjoyed listening to the record player. Would stay again if coming to Indy for a concert!

The host was very responsive and accommodating to me and my chaos. I was a little late so I didn’t meet them in person but messaging was very easy. The host was on standby if I had a question it seemed like and left very clear pictures and instructions for how to get in. They were also super patient as it was my first time staying in an Airbnb and I didn’t know how to navigate the app to see pictures to get in. After the first time going in though, it was VERY easy to get in as if I actually lived there. Thanks for the stay!! 🫶🏼

This lovely home with such comfortable decor and soft pink accents throughout was even better in person than what we viewed online when we booked it. So happy with staying there and being able to let Beau out in the fenced backyard which was very private. I walked right to downtown from there on the sidewalk and it was easy to get around in the car or on foot. There were handy stores right across the street for us to buy necessities. Lots of good food places were easily accessible with a short drive and even a bicycle repair shop that wasn't far away from the home. I got my bicycle computer all set up with a very nice technician there named Larry Driver. We had a wonderful visit as well. This place is a super place to stay and we highly recommend it to anyone but especially if you have a dog! Loved it!

Cara's wooded lodge was wonderful! It was even more lovely and enjoyable in person. It was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated with a woodsy mountain cabin decor. Our family of 5 and of 3 different generations all loved it! My grandkids especially loved the game room! I loved rocking on the screened in porch enjoying the lush, green woods, privacy, and quiet. We had lots of room to spread out and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We would definitely book again! Thanks, Cara, for creating such a warm, relaxing, inviting home and surroundings!

Elizabeth's place was perfect for us and Elizabeth was very helpful and responsive. The location is perfect, with access to a park along the river and walkable to great restaurants. It's also an easy drive to IMS if you're in town for a race (which we were). The house if very comfortable and had everything we needed.

I rented the home for my niece and her family of 5, who came from IL for my son’s wedding. The oldest of the 3 boys was the ring bearer, the host and home made everything go smoothly for all involved. My niece said the home was very nice and comfortable for the whole family. Thank you Jonathon!

Can’t say enough good things about the Prescott, Carter, and the area of Irvington! Everyone local both pedestrian and people at the local businesses make you feel right at home like you live in the neighborhood rather than on a trip. Whole house is great and as horror fans we were obsessed with the Scream room. Had only good experiences at the local business especially Snug, Irvington Vinyl and books (lots of vhs too), and Great Day Tattoo. Carter is the most helpful and responsive/caring host we have ever had! Had ton of recommendations within walking distance of Prescott among other local suggestion. (Also Carter and his husband store Hampton and co is a must visit!)

Great, modern home with plenty of room. Master bedroom is amazing! Very responsive host. I would stay here again, very clean and well kept.

My dog and I throughly enjoyed our stay at Robin’s! We stayed here on our way up to Minnesota and would definitely stay again if we’re in the area. Great location, super easy to find, and everything was beautifully decorated and super clean. The backyard was a huge plus, as my dog enjoyed being able to sniff around and stretch his legs after a long car ride. Would recommend :)

Great stay in an even better location! If I could give higher than 5 stars I would! Less than a 10 minute walk to multiple bars and restaurants! Would stay here again!

This is my home away from home... with two wonderful people who do all they can to make you feel welcomed and right at home. Plus... there's DooDad the cat! Love him!!

My friends and I traveled to Indianapolis for the Taylor Swift concert and Ruby's place was close enough to the city for us to travel in for the show, yet far enough from downtown to not be in all the chaos. There were so many wonderful amenities nearby from walking distance coffee shop and not too far groceries and restaurants. Ruby's home was clean and organized - it was the perfect spot for our Swiftie getaway!

Amanda’s place was so clean and nice. The veranda was huge and open. Fabulous area to walk to everything. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

It's in a nice gated community! Private lake that flows into the white river, very beautiful and peaceful! Would definitely stay again for another wknd, also broad ripple has very good restaurants and walking parks, only a couple miles away from the condo. Only one small issue when we first arrived our trash can was full and didn't get emptied until our last day we were there.

The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. I was very comfortable and felt safe in the environment. The neighborhood seemed very family friendly and quiet. I would recommend this condo for anyone wanting to stay in Indy for a short or long visit. ED Estates was very good responding to any questions that I had and being helpful when I could not fit my vehicle in the attached garage due to size. The additional parking was more than sufficient. I will look them up whenever I am in the area and need a place to stay. I really enjoyed my stay.

This was one of the best stays I've had. The host were very friendly. I met Rick and he was very pleasant and accommodating. The house is just as described, and it is more beautiful in person. I am extremely O.C.D. so I am hard on cleanliness, and this place was immaculately clean. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that is located near lots of eating and shopping spots. I would highly recommend staying here.
