Welcome to our guest house near the sea, beach, restaurants, shops and nice connections in picturesque Limhamn. Our newly renovated home has a private entrance, private bathroom and a cozy bedroom with continental bed and dining area. In the kitchenette there is a fridge & microwave, as well as various machines that can brighten your breakfast, the most important of which is perhaps the coffee maker? And yes, coffee is included. From the comfortable bed with two duvets you can lounge in front of a 32” TV with chromecast (casta yourself). Welcome to us!

Cozy guest house on Limhamn

Welcome to us in the middle of picturesque Limhamn, a quiet area right by the sea. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. Buses run frequently and will take you everywhere in under 15 minutes. In the guest house there is free wifi, a 32 inch TV with chromecast, good with storage, bathroom, dining area and kitchenette as well as an espresso machine. Malmö is a perfect bike city and we have two bikes you can borrow to explore the city. If you come by car, there is street parking outside. Welcome to us!

Here you have everything you need for a shorter stay. The apartment is centrally located on Limhamn close to Malmö Arena (about 4km) and to Malmö city (about 5km). There is a double bed, a sofa, a small dining room table, kitchenette with fridge, stove with two plates, oven and microwave. In the bathroom there is a toilet, a handset, a shower and a washing machine. In the apartment there is also a fireplace. However, it is not allowed to burn in it but some atmospheric lights can be lit. Free Internet and large TV range.

In a few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we have taken care of every square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The property - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

Dear Hans, We felt very comfortable in your house! We had come to have a chilled vacation. This opportunity has given us your home. We were really comfortable and enjoyed staying here. Malmö not far away, 15 min by car at tempo 30- 50 km/h, parking in Malmö totally good, simply via apps and not expensive. Then come home and enjoy the rest of the day/ evening in the pool or in the chill lounge corner. The gas grill outside and the well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare something delicious. Our teenager loved the Wi-Fi, inside and also outside🤩, mega good! This made our 7 days as relaxing as it hadn't been in a long time. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house in southern Sweden. Our host Sine was very friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome right from the start. The house itself was ideally located for exploring Malmö and the surrounding region by car. Despite being close to the highway, we experienced no noise at all, allowing us to enjoy the peace and quiet. The house was exceptionally well-equipped with everything you need for a week's stay. Situated at the end of a dead-end street, the house offered a lot of privacy and safety. Both the interior of the house and the garden were tastefully decorated, creating a very green, comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. In short, this stay is highly recommended for anyone wanting to visit southern Sweden. We will definitely come back to this lovely country. !
