Located in the outhouse next to our own home. 5 km from E20/E45 and Kolding mall. Under half an hour to Legoland , Legohouse, and Givskud Zoo. There are about 700 meters to the shopping opportunity as well as bakeries. Cozy and peaceful garden where no facilities are to be shared with others. Good hiking trails in the area including at Donssøarna. There's also a bike path to Kolding.

Centralt beliggende dejlig lejlighed i Haderslev, kun 50 meter fra domkirken og 200 meter fra Damparken. Her er komfortable (kingsize) kontinentalsenge i høj kvalitet, plads til op til 4 personer og mulighed for opredning til 2 ekstra gæster på sovesofa. Offentlig parkering findes ved ejendommen. En oplagt base for jer, der ønsker byens liv lige udenfor døren – og samtidig en god nattesøvn. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret til morgenmad og lette måltider, og badeværelset er funktionelt med bruseniche.

Her er hyggeligt, lyst og med masser af plads til dig. Huset ligger kun få km fra centrum i et lille landsbymiljø i den sydlige del af Kolding. Vi har sørget for alt det, der gør det til et rart sted og samtidig sørget for, at der er plads til jeres ting. Her er masser af værelser og mulighed for ekstra opredning. Arbejdsplads m. udsigt til haven. Og så er der den hyggeligste store udestue med direkte adgang til haven. Her er et lille havebassin med guldfisk. Hus lejes ikke ud til håndværker

RUGGÅRD - Farm-holiday

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.

This cozy 50 m2 home is located in a quiet place less than a kilometer from the city center and with easy access to and from the highway. The house has a kitchen/living room with dining table for four people and a sofa bed, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer and oven. In the garden, there is a furnished terrace with the option to eat outdoors and enjoy the surroundings. There is free parking and WiFi for the house.

Der er ca 12 km til Kolding og Fredericia . Indkøb ca. 6 km. ca. 35 km til Legoland. Der er ikke offentligt transport til os.

The cottage is connected to our small country house close to the Coast to Coast Trail, where there are plenty of beautiful walks in the large plantations. Architect-designed summerhouse from 2019 directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water where you can keep up with the changes of nature throughout the day.
