Well-equipped, modern and beautiful cottage. Close to the fjord with good opportunities for paddleboarding, kayaking and canoeing. Family-friendly, and with the large garden, which just invites you to lots of fun and coziness. Cozy Vordingborg, with the walking tower right nearby, and with beach and nature close by. Our lovely summerhouse was built in 2005 as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. New floors and sanitary facilities, as well as new beds and more new furniture in the spring of 2025. Welcome to😊

Enjoy our idyllic family-friendly holiday home just an hour from Copenhagen, near the charming old coastal town of Vordingborg. The house 'Søeholm', once a small seaside hotel, is now our unique waterfront home, surrounded by forests and fields. A cosy and unique house with 6 bedrooms and facilities, such as sauna, private jetty and fireplaces inside/outside etc. The garden with its many cosy corners and the large terrace create the setting for your unforgettable holiday and moments together.

Birkely Bed & Breakfast

Birkely Bed & Breakfast er et charmerende nyistandsat gæstehus på 38 kvm med lækkert badeværelse. Huset er flot og hyggeligt indrettet med køkken, spisebord, stor dobbeltseng og lænestole. Der er direkte udgang til privat terrasse, hvor der er udsigt til mark og skov. Vores gæstehus ligger naturskønt, tæt på skoven og kun 3,5 km fra Præstø By og havnen med dens restauranter, cafeer og ishuse. Der er mulighed for at købe morgenmad, som bestilles ved ankomst. Rygning er ikke tilladt på ejendommen.

Idyllic in cozy Præstø, South Zealand

Cozy furnished annex of 39 m2 with separate bathroom. One-bedroom apartment containing double bed, sofa corner with TV with the possibility of 2 additional beds on the sofa (children), dining table space and kitchen with oven and refrigerator. The annex has been newly renovated with a gentle hand and we have tried to make it as cozy as possible. Also, outdoor nook when the weather permits. It is possible to buy breakfast if we are at home.

Cozy furnished annex of 74 m2 with separate bathroom. The apartment contains kitchen/living room, living room with TV with the possibility of 2 additional beds on the sofa (children), bedroom with 2 beds, which can be put together. The kitchen also has a freezer and dishwasher. It is possible to sit outdoors on a small terrace. The view is not good, but it is quiet and peaceful, with max. 5 min. by car to the highway.

Cozy 2-room apartment in Præstø town

Ground floor apartment close to water, bus station and shopping.Egen entrance through carriage gate. Shower room and small kitchen with fridge, microwave, and stove/oven. 1 queen bed and a sofa that can be used as a sofa bed for. The apartment is located on the main street of the city with few minutes to the water for public transport and for shopping. Small common courtyard that Can be used for parking bikes/mc.

Summer house with 150 m. to the beach

Cozy cottage located at Ore beach, only 5 min. walk to child-friendly beach with bathing bridge. Ore Strand is an extension of Vordingborg city, where there are good shopping opportunities, cozy cafes and lots of nature and cultural experiences. It is a 10-minute drive to the highway, where you can reach Copenhagen to the north and Rødby harbor to the south in an hour.

Separate residence on idyllic farm

Spend the night in the stableman's old home, surrounded by peace and nature on a farm with plenty of space to frolic. Say good morning to the cows in the field, pick vegetables in the kitchen garden and greenhouse, enjoy the sun and play croquet in the garden or by the field, take a walk on the beach, enjoy the fire pit and enjoy the sunset with a drink in the garden.

Year-round house with spa and water view

Calm and charming home. Enjoy the tranquility of the sun on one of the 3 terraces of the house (east, south and west) -or light up in the wood-burning stove and hop in the spa on a cold winter/fall day. The spacious kitchen has everything in equipment as well as 90 cm gas stove with 5 burners. The sunsets can be enjoyed here over the quiet, beautiful Avnø fjord.
