Located in the South Harz and lovingly furnished, this is the perfect starting point for all hiking enthusiasts and those who simply want to relax. With 183 m², three floors and beds for up to nine people and two toddlers, our vacation home in the Harz Mountains offers plenty of space for large families and groups of friends. In addition, you can enjoy the freedom of the in-house garden.

Blockhaus Philip an der Skiwiese

Haus Philip is a very cozy and modern log cabin directly in an exposed unique location on the ski slope. The location is perfect: it is close to nature and central - borders DIRECTLY on the nature reserve and apart from the ski and toboggan meadow, the Wurmberg cable car (250 m) and the town center are also accessible. Newly built in the fall of 2016, the house has an upscale, friendly-modern interior - with underfloor heating, fireplace, private sauna, Sky and Netflix and a BOSEbox

The new building, 2 vacation homes for a total of 12 people (6 people per house) will be available in the near future for a relaxing vacation. In the near future, a beautiful wellness oasis with an outdoor pool, sauna, etc. planned. A large double garage for bicycles or motorcycles will also be built to conquer beautiful tours in the mountains.

Our vacation home is centrally located and yet surrounded by greenery. In 10 minutes you can walk through the city forest (enclosure) to the city center and directly behind your home is Hohenrode Park. The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage. One free parking space is available right by the house.

The Cottage "Zorgenfrei" is set in the small climatig health resort called Zorge. It is the perfect base for a variety of acitivities such as: hiking, skiing, sledging, motorbiking, swimming, mountainbiking, dining, culture, history and much more. All those options are reachable in a close radius of max. 20 Km. The Cottage offers a comfortable place for couples, families and friends up to 6 people.

Quiet room with private bathroom and entrance

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

Fully renovated in 2023, it has been transformed into a modern and comfortable holiday home for up to 4 guests. Thanks to its sunny south-facing hillside location, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the valley and surrounding mountains.

Waldhaus HarzZauber

Located in the middle of the forest, the small (about 40 sqm) but very nice vacation home "HarzZauber" with fireplace can be found (about 400 m to the Wiesenbeker pond). It can accommodate up to four guests, offering a spacious double bed and sofa bed. Dogs on request.

Our vacation home is built around 1800 and completely renovated by us. It combines German charm with Dutch cosiness. From the bedrooms you look out over the town, from the living room you can see the huge garden and the mountains behind it.
