Our one bedroom Hayloft has an amazing panoramic view of the Texas Countryside with balconies on each side of the apartment. Open living and dinning area with a kitchenet wonderful for dinner parties for two or up to 4 additional dinner guest. Beautiful antique bedroom furniture perfect for your special day. You are welcome to bring your photographfer for photo shoots of you in the Horse Stables and grounds. We can arrange for one of our gorgeous horses to be in the photos or go for a ride.

Our tiny home is designed to help our guests have the full tiny home experience, without giving up any of the amenities. Located 20 miles east of Austin and 2 miles from the LCRA McKinney Roughs Nature Park. Our 20 acres is a quiet spot conveniently close to the city. This is a one room air-conditioned & heated cabin with a twin & a double bed & a small kitchen. Happy Horse is Elegant Camping/Glamping: the darling outhouse and hot water shower (enclosed but open to the moon & stars) are only a few yards away from the porch. BBQ grill & picnic table a few feet from the porch. Hot water sink nearby.

You'll be staying in a 1985 Avion 34V. This camper is updated and clean and has a million dollar view. Two twin beds and a queen bed. The tub/shower in this camper is spacious and the kitchen has what you need to make your favorite meals. The covered deck includes comfortable furniture to enjoy the enclosed fireplace and the majestic river view. Gas grill w smoker box. Wifi! Kayaks and SUPs are also available if you'd like to rent them to paddle the river.
