Das Studio liegt im UG des Hauses und verfügt über ein Doppelbett, Einbauküche, Tisch mit 2 bequemen Stühlen sowie ein eigenes Duschbad. Im Außenbereich ist ein Tisch mit Stühlen zum verweilen bei gutem Wetter. Herzlich Willkommen

This spacious, loft-style flat is centrally located between the popular Schanze/Altona districts – right in the heart of the action, yet quietly tucked away in a green courtyard. The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is 8 minutes' walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city center and harbor can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. With this bus line you can reach the subway(U2 Hagenbecks Tierpark) within 6-7 minutes and thus Hamburg can be explored. Free parking is available. The arenas, the NDR and Hagenbecks Tierpark are located in an extended environment.
