Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Ein magischer Ort, die Hütte liegt inmitten der Natur an einem wunderschönen Teich. Die Kombination aus Natur und Komfort sucht seinesgleichen. Die Hütte ist in liebevoller Arbeit entstanden und ist neu gebaut. Das Ziel war es modernen Komfort (WLAN, warmes Wasser und bequeme Betten) im rustikalen Stil zu bieten. Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 5 Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 10 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

Wer es ruhig und naturnah mag und doch die Städte Berlin & Potsdam um die Ecke haben möchte ist genau richtig. Es gibt ein eigenen Eingang, Terrasse und Garten. Wohnzimmer mit Küche und ein Doppelbett. Oben das Schlafzimmer mit ein Einzelbett sowie ein Kingsize Bett. Wir wohnen nebenan, kein Schlüsselproblem, Auch der Ankunftszeit ist egal. Wir sind nah am Bhf. Griebnitzsee und Wannsee. Parken frei, auch Lkw. Haustiere willkommen.

The quiet apartment (52 square meters) is part of a fisherman's house with an idyllic garden and century-old trees. It has a separate entrance and extends over two levels. The living area with kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, stove) and the bathroom (shower) open up to the garden and courtyard. The bedroom (overlooking trees and water) is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a small library.

ART district in the Potsdam Cultural Landscape

The Art-Quartier is located in the Potsdam Cultural Landscape in the immediate vicinity of Lake Jungfern. For 2 guests, the apartment offers a romantic and quiet place for complete relaxation. It is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the parks and castles. Cecelienhof Palace is, for example, only a 10-minute walk away. The historic city center offers all tourist amenities with a wide range of cultural activities.

Cozy, modern houseboat in Potsdam

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over Lake Templin make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, a fireplace and our own sauna, we make our houseboat a dreamlike retreat even in winter.
