Note- During periods of high winds the privacy screens will not be permanently erected however privacy and security is guaranteed and unaffected. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac. Designated parking with private entrance. Local shops and country pubs (The Reddan and The Wagon) in walking distance and highly recommended.

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

Hidden on the sleepy outskirts of Queens Park in Bournemouth is the Nest, a charming self contained 1 bedroom lodge with private garden and Hot Tub. The Nest is 4 mins walk from a Bike Hire and Electric scooter hire, local shops, Bars and restaurants. Bournemouth sandy beaches are about a 10 minutes bike ride and 5 mins in the car from the Nest. Private parking space, Netflix , Hot Tub, bath, Washing Machine, Cooker, Hob, Fridge, and Sofa Bed are a few of the amenities the Nest has to offer.

Set in a quiet village location,with local pub, mini supermarket and petrol station it is just minutes from the A303 and A37 and an ideal base to use, to tour this lovely part of England. Ideal for walkers, bird-watchers and nature lovers, this quiet bolt-hole is in the garden of one of the oldest houses in Swanage. The Purbeck stone building in the southern outskirts of the town is separate from the main house, has it's own entrance and off-road parking. A five minute walk brings you to the Durlston National Nature Reserve looking out over the Jurassic coast. Durlston Castle, the Lighthouse and the Southwest Coast Path are 15 minutes away on foot. All without crossing a road.

Great for countryside walks around the vale and along the Jurassic Coast. Good restaurants and places of interest at nearby historic towns Bridport and Lyme Regis. Lovely beaches close by at West Bay, Seatown, Eype, Charmouth and Lyme Regis. We are approx. 2 miles from Charmouth. The Garden Studio welcomes dogs.
