Large room sleep 9 just 4 min walk town Beach

This room was 2 rooms and a corridor - However, we knocked the rooms through to a super large room. Perfect for big families as all in one room. No need to divide the family into 2 rooms. Room 5 is on the 1st floor with a beautiful kitchen next door. This is a shared guest kitchen. We often find that mainly families use this space. You have all in the cupboards to make a meal or bring your own food and heat up. That's the family fed. We are just a 4 minute walk to the beach and town.

Budget accommodation above a popular gastropub in the beautiful town of Bradford on Avon. The room is small and self contained but has full access to the bar and high quality restaurant as well as a pretty garden. Guests can sit in the lounge area when the bar is closed. At Hills Farm Stays, we have two Country King rooms, Hawkchurch and Seaton. Hawkchurch is located on our first floor and is accessible through external outdoor steps. Seaton is situated on the ground floor and has access to a small outdoor garden and patio area. These rooms both contain a king bed, using Egyptian cotton linen and an en-suite shower room.
