'Apple Tree Bank' a self contained modern unit.

After many years of enjoyably hosting in our main property, we have added this lovely holiday home. The unit caters for four persons. Babies more than welcome. COVID 19 - We have researched regulations. Altered and minimalized fixtures, so sanitization and cleaning can be maintained to a high standard, therefore protecting guests and ourselves. We are set amongst the 'Allington Hills' feels rural, but only a 10 minute walk to Bridport, or 5 minute drive to the Jurassic coast!

The private Annex has it's own access via the rear garden and is connected to the house via a lockable door. The Annex is a bed sitting room with basic kitchen facilities, a shower room and outside area, all for your sole use. You can choose a Large double or 2 single beds in the room. Towels, soap and linen are provided. Teas/coffee/milk available in the room. TV, Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, fan, iron/board, plates, cutlery. There's an Airfryer available on request.

This property is a beautifully converted garage. It is detached at the front of the property and you have complete privacy. You can park your car directly in front of the Airbnb where there is seating for Airbnb use only. It is a very quiet village and at night if you switch all the lights off and it is a clear night you can see the Milky Way. It is a peaceful and idyllic place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyme Regis, which is a 1.5 mile picturesque stroll along the river. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.
