We invite you to our comfortable and modern furnished vacation home in the quiet harbor village of Vieregge. Unique picturesque location surrounded by the Bodden and reed beds. Vieregge is a small, idyllic fishing village and is located in the most scenic part of the island of Rügen, in the middle of the nature reserve on the Breetzer Bodden in the northwest of the island. With 57 square meters, the houseboat offers you everything your heart desires and guarantees a relaxing stay. The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

The villa "Emma" is modern to luxuriously furnished. Here you can immediately feel at home thanks to the high level of comfort. There are 2 full floors and a penthouse with an indoor hot tub, 40 m² roof terrace overlooking Sellin, a large sauna with glass front and views of nature, an extra quiet area with relaxing loungers, fireplace, Wi-Fi throughout the villa and much more. From the villa it is only a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.

Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

Cozy semi-detached house "Hase" Ummanz / Rügen

The space is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which is accessible via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-behaved dog up to knee height can be brought along, please request before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with a barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goats, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
