The visibly new apartment was very clean and tastefully furnished. It is conveniently located: with tram line 2 and the subway, you are well connected. Michael always responded quickly and kindly when we needed something. He is really trying very hard. The apartment is completely quiet in and of itself, on the terrace it is absolutely quiet, although in the middle of the city. Unfortunately, there is construction in the courtyard at the moment, so we could only enjoy this peace and quiet outside after work. Fortunately, the windows close very well, so that nothing of the construction noise is audible in the apartment. The air conditioning is also a blessing, especially on hot days in Vienna. We are more than happy to recommend the apartment.

This stay was one of our best. The host was very communicative. The space was wonderful. Free laundry service was a big plus. Just a note, there's only one washer and dryer in the basement, so don't wait to wash your stuff as many others will be eyeballing it. Bonus points: We had a sleeper train arriving way before check in time, they gladly offered luggage storage until check in.

Wonderful stay! 3 minutes to U-bahn yet easy and beautiful walk to city center. Apartment had everything we needed. And that rooftop terrace! What a fantastic place to sit and enjoy a moment looking over Vienna

Pia's place was exactly what we wanted for our 10 day stay in Vienna. The apartment was just as advertised -- large, clean, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, in the heart of the inner city one block from the Opera House. We were able to check in early straight from the airport, which was incredibly helpful, and Pia was great at communication, responding to us quickly and fully. We had a great 10-day family vacation in Viviane's apartment in Vienna. The apartment had everything we needed and more, the location was very convenient (with a supermarket across the street) and the neighborhood was very quiet. All the major attractions were easily accessible by public transportation, communication with Viviane was very easy and we received very detailed instructions when needed. Highly recommended!!!

One of the best places we found on Airbnb. Super spacious and cozy place, in reality, it's better than in photos and description. 10 min walk to the train to Viena, can park 2 cars if you travel by car.

What a great accommodation: Very generous, spacious, clean and modern. There were five of us and we really enjoyed the size of the accommodation. Due to the proximity to St. Pölten and the connection via highway or federal road, we could always drive to the city quite quickly, so perfect for us. Mario as a host is a very friendly host has always responded very quickly

Angela was a great host and her place was perfect for our short city trip! Everything was spotless and practical, we could check in earlier than usual… our needs have been met perfectly. The location of the house is not very central, but you can walk to the train station which is not that far away and catch the train to Vienna (you‘ll be there in 15mins). Sadly we couldn’t try the pool as we only stayed a couple of days, but we‘ll surely catch up our next time in Vienna!

Perfect gem in Vienna! Stayed at Sandeep’s flat for a little over a week for work and it was a perfect , quiet, homey apartment. Great neighbourhood and lovely surroundings (coppa beach just around the area for some relaxation). Would definitely stay again!

Patricks place was an excellent stay! Great location and walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and the u-bahn and most of all it was nestled on a very quiet street. I will definetly book Patricks place when I return back to Vienna. Patrick was a very responsive and friendly host and always checking in to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at Delia's. Away from the touristy area but still within very easy reach with the tram right by the front door, bus over in the side street. We would certainly stay at Delia's when we next return to Vienna.

Very bright, spacious and quiet apartment with a great roof terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and even has air conditioning (which is not unimportant in summer, as the apartment gets good sun from noon ;-)). There are 2 supermarkets within a short walking distance, as well as various public transport (e.g. U4/6, bus 12 A, tram 18) within a few minutes' walk and you can get to the well-known sights super fast. A parking garage is available in about 10 minutes on foot and if you get the appropriate parking app for your stay, you can park your car for less than €8/day. There are hardly any cafes (e.g. for breakfast) or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but due to the short distances with public transport, that was not a big deal for us. I can definitely recommend the apartment for a trip to Vienna. Contact with the landlord was also quick and uncomplicated.

Edit & Dieter are great hosts, exactly as all other reviewers point out. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for 3 adults (husband, sister & I) for a full week. We particularly appreciated quiet privacy before & after a day of sightseeing! And we loved safe parking, dishwasher & washing machine. Great value for money! The house is truly special- old world charm! Comfortable & well equipped. Surprisingly quiet inside given busy street. Lovely balcony to watch squirrels during our breakfast. Groceries are close by as is excellent Italian restaurant. Many visitors write about using public transportation to get around, but we chose to go by car. Do expect to pay 25-30 Euros to park for the day, but relative to our home location in The Netherlands this is reasonable. It saved us a lot of time, but we understand it’s a choice, as navigating by car in & around Vienna is not simple!

We had such a pleasant stay at Johanna's apartment. The flat is specious, very well eqiupped (lightening is amazing) and the owner took care of all the details to make it cozy and comfortable. Johanna and her husband were very kind and paid special attention to our small child even bringing her fresh strawberries and bedding from their children. We will definitely consider coming back.

A really good place to stay. Super close to the Meidling train station and a fairly quiet neighborhood. The instructions from the listing were super clear and I didn't need to contact the host at all. The self-check in was easy. The apartment itself could use better cleaning, however. I found hair from previous guests and they didn't vacuum beneath tables where a lot of dirt was found. Overall, a good stay in Vienna for a good price. I'd stay there again if the opportunity came up.
