The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

The cottage is located in Wartowo, which is part of the summer village of Kołczewo in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Wolin commune, near the largest lake of the island - Koprowo. The area has excellent conditions for hiking, cycling and fishing, and for beach lovers there is a beautiful stretch of the Baltic coastline.
