Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. Many things seem to us to be coherent, some are still in the process of becoming. Nix is standard. What is not yet considered by us and makes sense for guests, can usually be supplemented quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Landhaus Birka - a family dream

Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Victor's Farmhouse, for 2 Person

Victor's Farmhaus is located on the island of Usedom in Lieper Winkel. If you are looking for peace, relaxation and deceleration, the newly renovated square farmhouse with its beautiful garden is just right for you. The farmhouse consists of 2 flats and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The entire accommodation can also be booked. Cultural events are regularly organised in the barn. If you would like to enhance the relaxing effect of the place, I offer singing bowl and mental training sessions.

Summerhouse on the Swan pond

The cottage is on our property in a quiet residential area only about 10 min. Walk from the city center. The non-smoking house is set up for 2-3 people. The cottage consists of a kitchen (15 m2) and an equally large bathroom on the ground floor as well as a combined living/sleeping room (35 m2) upstairs. Outdoor seating with garden furniture and swing for the guests Parking space, wallbox and bike rack at the property. Laundry package and final cleaning included.

The former Tagelöhnerkate has been lovingly renovated in 2019 The old and cozy character of the house was preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered, the largely preserved brick and its thatched roof. The house ideally accommodates 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more persons in living room is possible. If this is not enough for you, you can find the neighboring houses (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults) for friends and family. + dog).

Quiet oasis near the coast

Peace and relaxation for a small family not far from the Greifswalder Bodden. Cozy house with 80 square meters of living space in the middle of a natural garden in the idyllic village of Hanshagen, not far from the small Baltic Sea resort Lubmin halfway between the islands of Rügen and Usedom near Greifswald. Hanshagen is located in an extensive forest area and invites you to hikes, walks, bike rides, blueberry and mushroom picking.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. A cozy, thatched, listed half-timbered kate in a 6,000-sqm park-like garden with pond. The garden is secluded behind a wall. The Grey Kate belongs to a complex with listed cats. It is the largest of the three houses to rent. Dogs are welcome. Rowing on the pond, picking ripe fruit from the trees, fishing and the caught fish right on the garden grill: pure enjoyment, in all peace of mind!

Our holiday house is located in the holiday settlement Birkenhain on the edge of the seaside resort Trassenheide in a quiet and protected location. In the middle of a birch forest, on about 500 square meters with a hedge surrounded separate , not visible plot, lies our idyllic Sweden wooden house.

The idyllic fishing village of Wieck, a part of the Hanseatic and university town of Greifswald, is where the river Ryck enters the Greifswald Bodden. In this former fishing village you will find the quietly located non-smoking cottage with terrace. Access is through the garden.
