The detached holiday home (approx. 70 square meters) with 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, a large terrace and private garden is located in an idyllic, quiet forest edge location in Schulzendorf and is the ideal starting point for activities in Berlin and Brandenburg (e.g. Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). In summer, the swimming lawn at Lake Zeuthen and the outdoor pool at Lake Miersdorf invite you to swim. Restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the town centers of Schulzendorf, Eichwalde and Zeuthen.

This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The property itself is 4000 sqm, offering a beautiful garden to relax. An outdoor sauna is also available. The surrounding area offers several lakes and forests for swimming and wandering. On the grounds there is a natural playground and a sunny terrace that invites you to barbecue and linger. The nearby swimming area at Lake Teupitz is approx. 200 meters away. Our wooden house is located amid an extensive lake landscape at the gates of Berlin. Lake Storkower is only a few minutes away on foot. Here you can continue to relax in the beach and enjoy the water. The city center of Storkow, which you can reach in a few minutes on foot, offers you a historic old town, restaurants, shops and a medieval castle. There are 3x 18 hole golf courses nearby.

The house has 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / lounge / fully equipped kitchen. The max. Occupancy is 5 people, 4 people is the optimal occupancy. The house has a surrounding large terrace which has a wonderful view of the Spree and the Spree meadows.
