Tim’s place was a perfect stay for us. It was immaculately clean, and so well kitted out with everything you need to make the most of being in a home. Tim’s communication was always clear, easy to understand and proactive, he always answered our questions before we even asked them. Would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone looking to stay beachside in Woolacombe.

Absolutely amazing find which we will definitely go back to. Great location and spotlessly clean. The design, from the layout, furnishings and items inside had clearly had a lot of thought and money put into them. Simon is super professional yet friendly, overall a great place, with a great host, in a lovely spot.

Tory was a great host. Very proactive, friendly and contactable. The apartment was fantastic. Just as described and a 2 minute walk to the beach and local shops, restaurants etc. very welcoming and perfect for a getaway base while being out and about with all the amenities you would need. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful apartment with the most extraordinary views and within walking distance of the stunning beach. Great car parking space too. We did have some issues whilst staying but these were sorted out whilst we were there following some great communication. Enjoyed the memory foam pillows and Emma Bridgwater crockery making it feel like a home from home
