Monthly Rentals in Yarnacott

We had a second very comfortable stay.The nights were below freezing , but the cottage was warm and cosy from arrival. Highly recommend Prospect Cottage , it’s in a lovely village with the wonderful Bell inn a few steps away.

The Vestry was a great place to escape to for a long weekend away. Beautifully decorated with good quality furniture and a well kitted out kitchen. Absolutely spotless with lovely linen and towels. Also, a lovely little garden area to relax. We took our dog and found the area very dog friendly and situated not far from the Tarker trail. Good walking boots recommend though to get to it. Our hosts were lovely and very accommodating. Would highly recommend.

The cottage was simply great and communication with Richard was fantastic. We had no problem at all checking in and out. The house was very clean and well-equipped. If you have a car, it is a very good location and you can explore Devon easily from there. The village is small, but lovely and very quiet. Perfect to rest after a day out and about. We are a family of four (two adults and two teenagers and the space was great for us. We highly recommend this place.

My mother and father in law stayed at the Annexe while visiting the area. Communication from Ted and Kate was exemplary - timely and always in a warm and courteous manner. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The annexe was immaculately clean, homely and within a quiet location with lovely views. Some very thoughtful finishing touches also such as milk and some snacks. They said they had everything they needed and couldn’t have wished for anything better. They won’t hesitate to stay again and can’t speak highly enough of their stay. Many thanks!
