The plot is located on a cul-de-sac, which means minimal car traffic by the house. One bedroom with 180 cm double bed and plenty of shelves for storage. Bathroom with shower and sink. Living room/kitchen with double doors out to the balcony. Sofa bed 130 cm. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Loft with three 90 cm mattresses. Car can be charged at your own expense.

In the area, there is also a restaurant, kiosk and mini golf. Here you live in a total of 50 sqm (upper and lower floor) The upper floor has a hall, toilet with shower, kitchen, dining area and sofa corner with TV. The upper floor also has a cozy balcony with a beautiful pine forest view. The downstairs has a large bed 180, as well as a bunk bed.

Here you can enjoy sun, swimming and barbecue evenings, as well as explore the beautiful surroundings of Österlen. A place of total relaxation and wonderful memories! Bed linen, (electric) bicycles and tennis court can be rented.

Här bor du med skogen som närmaste granne och den fina stranden. Stugan ligger i ett lugnt område, där dom flesta husen är sommar hus. Stugan är utrustad med luftkonditionering.

The cottage has a small patio and private parking. Close to fantastic nature and the sea. Canoe is available to borrow for those who wish.

If you want a wider range of grocery stores, restaurants, bars and pastry shops, Åhus is about 7 kilometers away. There is a bike path all the way between Yngsjö and Åhus.
