An exclusive accommodation where you experience proximity to nature, people, the sea, miles of fine sandy beaches, smaller towns and a plethora of different artists. Our guests are completely on their own. Before arrival, you can be sure that the house is extra carefully cleaned with regard to disinfection of table surfaces, kitchen benches, sinks, toilets, faucets and handles, etc. We do this as an extra protection for our guests as we have Covid-19 in fresh memory.

Architect-designed summer paradise near the sea. The accommodation consists of 2 houses, one of which contains a bedroom, kitchen, living room with fireplace, shower/toilet. In the second house, there are 3 bedrooms, shower and toilet plus a laundry room. Around the houses, there is a wooden deck and a large garden overlooking the field and evening sun. Welcome to our beachfront oasis at the gateway to Österlen! The accommodation was completely renovated in 2023 and is only 800 meters from the beach, offering a cozy barbecue area and stunning views. Perfect for couples or small families looking for relaxation and proximity to nature. Here you can enjoy sun, swimming and barbecue evenings, as well as explore the beautiful surroundings of Österlen. A place of total relaxation and wonderful memories! Bed linen, (electric) bicycles and tennis court can be rented.

Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. An oasis with amazing views of the ocean and Stenshuvud. Here, you can hike in the surrounding nature reserves or easily reach the mile-long beach. You will live in the old stone buildings with plenty of space (200 m2), access to large social spaces with their own cinema and wood-fired sauna and cozy bedrooms. The farm has two thousand apple trees and its own mustery (Maglehem's mustery) where we produce and sell our must, apple wine and calvados.

Modern house - quiet luxury escap, near Ringsjön

Välkommen till ett mysigt hus där modern komfort möter lugn natur. Här finns ett luftigt vardagsrum med braskamin och stor Smart TV, ett fullt utrustat kök samt två sovrum – ett med dubbelsäng och ett med bäddsoffa. Det rymliga badrummet har dusch och självklart ingår rena lakan, handdukar och allt ni behöver för en bekväm vistelse. Den stora terrassen på 50 kvm bjuder på många soltimmar. Nära vandringsleder, fiske i Sätoftasjön och utflyktsmål som Skånes Djurpark och Bosjökloster Golfklubb.

Gästhus om ca. 50 kvm, några kilometer utanför Ystad. Här bor du lugnt och fridfullt precis intill fälten i gårdsmiljö. Utanför altandörren finns en egen uteplats i söderläge. Bil kan parkeras precis utanför huset. I huset finns ett sovrum i bottenplan med en dubbelsäng (180cm) och på sovloftet, som nås via en trappstege, finns två enkelsängar (90cm x 2). Spjälsäng finns att låna. Cykelvägen tar dig hela vägen till Ystad (ca. 7km till centrum), det finns cyklar att låna.

Welcome to cozy Yngsjö! Here you can enjoy the tranquility with direct proximity to forest and sea. From the accommodation, it is 200 meters to a several-kilometer-long sandy beach with shallow water. From Yngsjö, you have a good starting point to get to and around Österlen. If you want a wider range of grocery stores, restaurants, bars and pastry shops, Åhus is about 7 kilometers away. There is a bike path all the way between Yngsjö and Åhus.

This house is the perfect spot to explore Österlen and at the same time find peace and quiet during your stay. The house has a spacious kitchen for cooking and living area with a cosy fireplace.
