We offer you a studio in lovely Binz. The beautiful beach are in walking distance just like the main street with its cafes and boutiques. The cottage is located in a quiet area of Binz with many gardens and small houses. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a wish washer, fridge, stove, oven, coffemakers and everything else you need for self catering. The modern shower bath also has a washing machine and the entire studio has a floor heating Enjoy the sunshine on the porch or in the garden

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The house on the shore is a relaxing place close to the beach to slow down - ideal for couples, small families, athletes and dog owners who want to vacation away from the crowds. From the simple, restrained cottage on 50 sqm it is just a few meters to the natural beach. Cycling along the Baltic Sea, kite surfing in the shallow water or hiking through the beech forest, there is plenty to discover here.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families and furry friends (dogs) are also welcome.
