We love our little waterfront retreat. Here, the holiday atmosphere prevails year-round overlooking the water with boats, kayaks, sup and bathers summer and winter. For us, it's the perfect recreational oasis in the city with the most beautiful nature right outside the door, and easy access to the water via a jetty. At the same time, there is plenty of city life on Aarhus Island with theatre, cafes, restaurants, shopping and water sports just around the corner. The apartment is on 2 levels, with its own entrance and views of the bay and Risskov.

A beautiful view of the sea towards Djursland and Riis Skov. In the first row and with a clear view of the sea, and you often see training/yacht racing in the sea area just outside. There are quite a few meters to a refreshing sea bath at the bathing bridge in front of Lighthouse. The home has a modern look with walls in raw concrete and contains a toilet, kitchen and dining area on the lower level. On the first floor, there is a bathroom, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room - which can be used for 2 people.

It is easy to access everything from this centrally located home. It is a quiet and charming area with cozy sourdough bakeries and the popular food and flower market on Ingerslevs Boulevard every Wednesday and Saturday. On selected Sundays, the square is transformed into a lively clothing market. You live close to both forest and sea and in the nearby area you will find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacy, swimming pool and fitness. Århus H is only a 15-minute walk away, and in 20 minutes you can reach Strøget's many shops.

The location of the home at Bassin 7 means that during your stay you are close to the harbor swimming pool, cafes, restaurants, shopping, etc. Take a walk along the promenade, take the fishing rod out on the pier, take a dip in the harbor pool, see the view from the Lighthouse (142 m) or eat at one of the many new restaurants and cafes in the nearby area. The exciting and varied city life pleases most people.

So enjoy the city's bustle and come home and relax in the courtyard. It is a peaceful entrance with only five apartments and we take care of each other.
