Beautiful little fisherman's house located right by Sønderrenden, the most idyllic place in Marstal. Marstal is a cozy town with shopping, cafes and restaurants. The house is located right down to the harbor, 400 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches, Eriks Hale and close to Marstal Maritime Museum, Motorfabrikken Marstal and good playgrounds. The house is suitable for couples or a small family. There are two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The ground floor has just been renovated and therefore looks nice and comfortable.

The property contains 4 bedrooms (with 2 beds in each) and also a large open loft with room for several people. In addition, there is a larger living room with a wood-burning stove, dining room and well-equipped kitchen (but no dishwasher). The house is located in peaceful surroundings with sea views and 700 meters to public transport. Guests clean up after their stay and bring their own bed linen, towels and cloths.

If you are getting married, it is a 5-minute walk to the town hall, a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute walk to grocery shopping, etc. The house is perfect for a romantic weekend for two, but also works well for a family with two children and a dog!

Welcome to our little treasure on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Ærø was and is a popular destination for sailors. Boats and water have belonged together for hundreds of years. Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. (Please look at the room- & bedsituation. Not a perfect fit for four single adults.)

Welcome to our lovely, refurbished townhouse of 63 m2, which is located in one of Marstal's most idyllic streets, a few minutes' walk from everything. The house is on two floors and has a cozy living room with the possibility of extra beds, a dining room and a nice little kitchen with access to a closed, south-facing courtyard. The 1st floor has two separate bedrooms. You bring your own bed linen, towels, etc. The house is ideal for a family or 2 couples. Smaller dogs are also welcome.

This certainly contributes to the fact that there is no TV but many books and a lot of nature. Ærø can be explored by bike, walking or on a horse.
