The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

Huset er udstyret med en terrasse, hvor man kan sidde og nyde sin kaffe eller mad i solen. Der er to værelser med dobbeltsenge og et med to enkeltsenge, samt cykler til fri afbenyttelse.

Enjoy life in this unique and quiet home in Nordlandet on Bornholm, I do! 1 km to Tejn where there is a brewery, event venue, bakery, ice cream shop and grocery store, as well as a jetty, wilderness bath and sauna. 6 km to Allinge. There is a small forest next to the property, and a small beach you can walk down to in 2 minutes and swim. You can enjoy the sea view, or warm yourself by the wood stove and the heated wooden floors. I think it's the most beautiful place.

Hammershusvej 15 is Sandvig's first school from 1855. The building was later used as a student residence. 15B is the right half of the house. This half of the house consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor and a large bedroom on the 1st floor - The stairs up to the first floor are shared with the neighboring apartment 15A. From the kitchen there is a direct exit to a cozy garden.
