Experience our small, quiet and unique gem in Lille Sandvig. The house is not large, but offers a perfect location on Nordbornholm and lots of soul and coziness. The house is located in Lille Sandvig, also called Madseløkke. There are common areas with, among other things, a swimming pool, petanque court, playgrounds, etc. The house has 5-6 beds divided into a room, a small room and a sofa bed in the living room, as well as a kitchen and a toilet/bathroom. On the terrace you can enjoy the view with a little sea breeze or take a nap in the sun lounger.

In addition, there is the resident-run kiosk 'Bixen' with short opening hours during the season.

Skøn sommerhusstemning i en gammel smedje. Hyggeligt indrettet gammelt anneks til vores hus, kun to minutter fra stranden og havnen. Et eller to værelser + køkken/stue samt badeværelse. Der er sengepladser til 4, det er dog muligt at rede op til 6. I deler have med os - det er muligt at grille efter aftale. I haven har den anerkendte kunster Frederik Næblerød udført et vægmaleri. Køkkenet er simpelt, men der er kogeplade/emhætte/køleskab og espressomaskine.

Hammershusvej 15 is Sandvig's first school from 1855. The building was later used as a student residence. 15B is the right half of the house. This half of the house consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor and a large bedroom on the 1st floor - The stairs up to the first floor are shared with the neighboring apartment 15A. From the kitchen there is a direct exit to a cozy garden.
