Cozy little cottage of 34 sqm in beautiful nature very close to the beach. Bedroom on the 2nd floor. Sofa in the living room. Escape the hustle and bustle! Enjoy the wood stove in the living room or cook on the grill on the terrace. The cottage is suitable for 2 people. An extra bed can be made in the living room. There is a staircase to the 2nd floor. The house is small if you are three adults. Electricity is settled directly with me at DKK 5/KWH. It's important that you clean the house so it's ready for new guests. There's a lockbox at the door.

Perfect place for hiking on Helnæs Made. Fishing and bird watching, lovely beach for swimming in the Little Belt. If you are into kite surfing, paragliding or paddleboarding, it is also an option. You can also bring the kayak. Enjoy nature with a fantastic sunrise or sunset, tranquility, silence and "Dark Sky". 12 km to shopping, Spar, Ebberup.

Well-designed tiny house in a quiet setting

Good accommodation with location about 15 minutes from the Danish/German border. Close to Sønderborg (13 km) and Gråsten (5 km). In the bedroom, there are duvets and pillows for 2 people. In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and an outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bathroom, which is next to the mini house. You are welcome to use the backyard.

Cottage by the Geltinger Birk

Welcome to our farm at Geltinger Birk, The approximately 18 square meter cottage is located in the garden of our farm in the countryside, not far from the Charlotte mill, a popular starting point for long walks by the water or through the nature reserve. The beaches of Falshöft and Wackerballig can be reached in a few minutes (3 km). The cottage is equipped with a small kitchen, stove and fridge, as well as a bathroom with shower. Electric heating is available for even colder nights.

Med vores charmerende sommerhus får du en af Kegnæs's fineste placeringer direkte ved vandet, ud til smuk strandeng med badestrand og badebro. Den store træterrasse ved huset gør, at du kan finde plads i solen på alle tidspunkter af dagen, samt bl.a. nyde din morgenkaffe, mens skibene sejler forbi på Flensborgfjord. Lyset, vandet, roen og den skønne natur er helt magisk på denne del af Sydals. Gå og cykleture, fiskeri, kajak og jollesejlads og kitesurfing er populære aktiviteter.

Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.
