Our half-timbered thatched cottage is part of the former stable of our 18th century renovated farmhouse in the small but charming village of Domsten on the Sound between Denmark and Sweden. The beach is a short 2 minutes walk away; the marina 5 minutes. Domsten is an excellent base from which to explore South-West Sweden and North East Denmark (a 20-minute ferry ride away). A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

The Black Cottage + Orangery

Available from April 1. - October 31. The Black Cottage and orangery are parts of the historical place called Skippergaarden (Skipper´s Residence) Fabersvej 2c, in the old Gilleleje. Skipper´s Residence is built in 1797 with last remodeling done in 2003/4. The Black Cottage from 1892, when summer residents became popular. Last remodeling 2019/21. The orangery is from 2009. We have wi-fi and parking available.

Huset ligger i skønne rolige naturomgivelser ned til Esrum Å. Fra huset er der udsigt til have, Å og marker. Ved siden af huset ligger hovedhuset hvor der somme tider kan være nogen. Huset står flot med lækkert køkken og bad og alt hvad et hus skal have. 10 min gang fra skøn sandstrand. Der er fri adgang til kajakker, SUP, bålsted, cykler og fiskestænger. Nyt VILDMARKSBAD og ISBAD er mod betaling.

Kun 8 minutters gang fra en af Danmarks dejligste badestrande ligger mit nyopførte sommerhus. (Sommer 2020). Der er alt hvad man kan ønske sig med 3 skønne træterrasser, så man har mulighed at følge solen fra tidlig morgen til sen aften, samt udebad, udekøkkenen og endda en shelter hvis man vil tættere på naturen.

Altandäck finns som är delvis insynsskyddat. Täcke och kuddar finns, men vill man ha bäddat med lakan så tar vi en avgift på 200:-/ tillfälle
