Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Alvin

I totally recommend this place! It was so scenic and comfortable and peaceful. I didn’t feel like this was an Airbnb host just trying to make quick passive income. I felt this host went out of their way to make their home an experience for me and my brother as their guests. My only regret… I wish I booked a longer stay.

This was a beautiful home right on the water and it was an amazing stay! The host is nothing short of friendly and helpful with anything you need done! Would definitely stay here again if I go back!

We loved this place! We were working a graveyard shift, so before we left and when we got home were perfect fishing times. It's very serene and peaceful. This Airbnb was everything we hoped for! The home was spotlessly clean and filled with thoughtful details that made our stay very comfortable. The covered parking below was very convenient. The decor had a beachy, cozy feel and we loved the outdoor speakers and all of the games available. It really felt like home away from home. What truly set this place apart was the host! She went out of her way to order us a baby gate to ensure our little one stayed safe~such a kind and thoughtful gesture that we very much appreciated. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a very clean, quiet, family getaway!

Trey is an excellent host!! He is very responsive to any questions. The house is lovely, and the backyard view is wonderful!! Perfect for a small family, or a couples getaway.

We absolutely loved staying at the Peacock Apartment. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures. All the reviews gushing about this place are true. The hostess was kind and understanding with our check-in, and it really was like a little Paradise in the middle of the city. The location is very easy to get to and close to a freeway. There are a lot of markets close by if you want to cook at home. We stayed in every morning and just enjoyed the gardens. There were also a lot of rocking chairs so it was so nice to just laze about. We will definitely be coming back here specifically the next time we come to Houston. Thank you so much Selia!!!

The place is nice. We couldn’t figure out the LED lights, but that wasn’t important. Unsure of where the dedicated workspace was, but made do with no problems.

Had a wonderful stay at Jeff's place! Host's have gone the extra mile to make things super comfortable & convenient. Communication was great & they are extremely thoughtful in every way. Had everything I needed & then some - extra towels, laundry detergent, coffee creamer, a luggage rack, etc. Very clean & well stocked. Bed was comfortable. I felt safe in the neighborhood. I was able to park in front of their house with no issues. This is close to Texas Medical Center & MD Anderson - an easy, quick drive from the house. This host does an excellent job. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation!

Would definitely recommend. Clean and great communication. The only drawback which no one can control is the upstairs neighbours tend to be quite noisy till late at night, but otherwise it’s a great place and would stay at again. Thank you!

Very Peaceful & Quiet.. My Family Loved The Treehouse .. Very Organized & Clean .. Clean Bathroom, Ac/Heater Worked Great.. Tv’s Have Netflix/Paramount + , WiFi etc… It’s A Nice Lil Place To Relax .. Big Front Porch , Lots Of Natural Light Coming In From The Front Doors… Love The Barn Doors Throughout The Inside Of The House.. Definitely Returning It’s A 10/10

The place was exactly as described and so peaceful. Becky was so responsive for any questions or things we needed.

absolutely loved the spot, the pond was a really nice feature, and it was super peaceful, being a country boy from Oklahoma, in Houston on business, I really didn't expect to find a place with such a peaceful country vibe in the big city, but here it is, and I highly recommend this spot for anyone who wants to escape the city and relax by the pond after work.

Very beautiful home, walkable distance to the beach. The house was stocked with plenty of toiletries and utensils. Our only complaints would be some things in the house didn’t work like wifi, outdoor lights, and two of the TVs in the kids room but overall stay was very good. We had a very good time in the hot tub and enjoying our time outside.

We loved our weekend out here. Family bonding time and it was awesome! The place was cute. It had everything we needed. We definitely would come back for another trip. Thanks !
