An architect project built in 2021 with recycled building materials in our wildflower garden. The cottage is fully equipped. Sofa bed and sleeping loft with ladder (no railing!) Washing machine, electric car charger and bicycles can be borrowed for free in the house next door, where we live. Sea view towards Båtafjorden/Bua in the south and in the west, a radiant view towards the Ringhals nuclear power plant. 50 meters to the bus stop, 100 meters to the outdoor gym and running path, 1 km to swimming. Let us know if you want to bring your own sheets for a SEK 200 discount. Cleaning is not included.

Lovely little house with sea view and close to swimming

Our nice guest house has one of the west coast's finest views of the ocean and the islands. Newly built and airy with high ceilings. The guest house is located in a separate part of the garden in a peaceful area right by the sea. Toilet, shower, fully equipped kitchen with induction stove and hot-air oven, fridge and dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer are also found in the bathroom. Bed linens and towels are included. Outdoor furniture both on the "jetty" and on the lee side. Only 130 meters walk over the rocks down to the sea and the swimming area!

The excursion

An oasis by the sea! Newly built cottage, 200 meters from sandy beach, cliff bath and boat harbor. Enjoy the tranquility and silence. Close to Näsbokroks nature reserve with a rich plant and bird life. Walk all the way out to the beautiful natural harbor and in good weather you can see the island of Nidingen and Sweden's first lighthouse. In Åsa community there are several restaurants, ice cream cafe, grocery store, bakery, pub, clothing stores, pharmacy. Bicycles are available to borrow. Charging station for electric car for a supplement.

The area has many excursion opportunities such as Liseberg, Universeum, the Textile Museum and nice tours in the Gothenburg archipelago. In the nearby area, there are swimming lakes, nice walking and running trails, possibility for fishing, berry and mushroom picking. Private toilet and shower in the apartment. The accommodation is suitable for two adults or two adults and two children.

Beläget i ett lugnt område omgärdad av bostäder, lekplats, pizzeria, skola, parkering, kontor med gångavstånd till centrum där det finns massor av mysiga restauranger och affärer samt till stränder med fina bad. Notera att det pågår ett större byggprojekt i Varberg, tunnelbygge, dubbelspår och ny stationsbyggnad som kan påverka området där huset ligger, främst vardagar dagtid.

Welcome to our wonderful villa of 300 sqm by the sea! The house is located in Stenvik in idyllic Åsa at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and 50 meters to a shallow sandy beach or swimming at the jetty. The house has a large fantastic garden with pool with associated newly built pool house of 30 sqm. In Åsa, there is a home bakery, ICA store, restaurants, ice cream café and cozy shops and is only 30 minutes by train or car to Gothenburg.
