An architect project built in 2021 with recycled building materials in our wildflower garden. The cottage is fully equipped. Sofa bed and sleeping loft with ladder (no railing!) Washing machine, electric car charger and bicycles can be borrowed for free in the house next door, where we live. Sea view towards Båtafjorden/Bua in the south and in the west, a radiant view towards the Ringhals nuclear power plant. 50 meters to the bus stop, 100 meters to the outdoor gym and running path, 1 km to swimming. Let us know if you want to bring your own sheets for a SEK 200 discount. Cleaning is not included.

In the middle of nature but only 20 minutes from Gothenburg, you will find this idyllic place. Here you can stay comfortably in a newly built guest house with fireplace, wood-fired sauna and hot tub. Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

Accommodation 75m² with three bedrooms plus conservatory of about 20 m² for rainy days. Large garden with possibility for outdoor activities. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedroom 1 with double bed 160 cm. Bedroom 2 with single bed 105 cm and sofa bed 120 cm. Bedroom 3 with single bed 90 cm and sofa bed 120 cm. Several sandy beaches within a 10-minute walk. Sjögärde golf course can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. To Stettenreds 4H farm it is 15 min by car. It takes about 35 minutes to Liseberg and to Ullared 45 minutes.

Welcome to enjoy our newly renovated cottage in Vallersvik! The cottage is located on the west coast between the city of Gothenburg and the summer city of Varberg. It is well-planned with open spaces that make it easy to socialize and enjoy. With 250 m to the beach, there will be many dips in a day! The beach has fine sand and also offers the possibility of swimming from both the pier and the cliffs. The cottage is in a quiet area, but still has no more than 300 meters to the family and pleasant camping in Vallersvik.
