This spacious, loft-style flat is centrally located between the popular Schanze/Altona districts – right in the heart of the action, yet quietly tucked away in a green courtyard. The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is 8 minutes' walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city center and harbor can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Willkommen in meinem Zuhause! Die Wohnung steht in meiner Abwesenheit euch ganz alleine zur Verfügung. Sie liegt super zentral und du wirst dich hier sofort wohlfühlen. Zur U-Bahn läuft man nur 5min, der Hauptbahnhof ist mit der Bahn 5min entfernt. Auf dem Balkon kannst du wunderbar entspannen, perfekt für eine Auszeit. Das Badezimmer mit der gemütlichen Badewanne lädt dazu ein, nach einem langen Tag so richtig abzuschalten. Ich freue mich, wenn du dich hier genauso wohlfühlst wie ich!
