It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Cool in summer, warm in winter, thanks to clay walls and cellulose insulation. The water is heated by solar thermal energy; if the sun is not enough for heating, wood pellets are used. There is enough space for four people. Welcome for families, couples, assembly workers. Pets are NOT allowed.

In the basement there is a kitchen (no dishwasher), living room with fireplace and TV, bathroom with shower and toilet. The garden invites you to relax. Children and pets are welcome!

Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.
